Excellent vegetarian menu that leaves you with nothing to regret, everything well-curated and the Cheffe concept is clear from the ingredients to the choice of dish (the parmigiana in the "grandmother's" dish is a detail not missed), also excellent pairing with local wines and the elegant but familiar service at the same time, nothing to complain about especially compared to other starred restaurants, congratulations ♥️

An intimate and welcoming restaurant. We chose the menu with wine pairings: the food pairings were excellent, from the salad with gazpacho to the unmissable risotto.
The entrées were also very good, especially the rice, potato, and mussel ravioli and the fried caciocavallo cheese. The desserts were amazing.
They even accommodated me completely, even though I'm gluten-free.
Well done, chef, and the whole team.

We sampled the blind menu chosen by the Chef. It was truly a high-quality experience. We appreciated the thoughtfulness and research behind every single dish, the quality of the ingredients, and the quality of the service. The staff was all young and youthful, helpful but never intrusive.
The location was very elegant and well-kept, but personally, we think the restaurant and its cuisine deserved a better location, one with more personality.

I've been wanting to go for a while, and I had a great experience. We opted for the three-course menu because we wanted a lighter option. Very good and varied. Friendly service, small and comfortable atmosphere.
Only two complaints: the music was very loud (thankfully, they lowered it upon request), and charging a cover charge seems like a joke given the fixed price (they could just raise the menus by €5).

When I was looking for a place to dine in Athens during the three nights I was in Lecce, I was drawn to the chef's age, her lucid gaze, and her eyes full of light. I had chosen the three-course menu, thinking I'd swap it for three other different dishes my wife would choose! I knew from the start that I didn't go there to find enormous portions and fill my stomach! I went to participate in a game of flavors and see the art resting on my plate! Everything was a resounding success! An experience to remember! Thank you, Solaika!!!

Absolutely delicious! Superb service and a wonderful atmosphere! A small, charming restaurant with excellent service, truly worth every penny! For me, Primo is one of my top three restaurants I've ever visited.
