Overall, a good experience. It was a pleasant evening. Perhaps our expectations were too high, and, as often happens, they weren't met. The atmosphere is very minimalist and understated; the internal cohort we'd heard about is gone. Our table was in the middle of the blast of two split air conditioners. Not ideal, but as soon as a side table became available, the maître d', after our formal request, moved us. The dishes were good, and some were truly remarkable—the sweetbreads. The prices are in line with Michelin-starred restaurants in international cities like Milan or Rome. Good, reasonably priced wine list.

I'll admit that I'm not very accustomed to gourmet cuisine, unlike my sister and my partner, with whom we dined at Primo. After biting into the chef's rice, potatoes, and mussels, I understood what they see in Michelin-starred restaurants :-) The very kind and friendly maître d' recommended a bottle of wine at a fair price, understanding that we were three young people who wanted to eat well but without spending a fortune on expensive bottles. The service put us at ease; everyone was very friendly and ready to chat or ask questions about the dishes. The food was obviously good; we chose the surprise menu: not everything convinced us 100%, but the selection was varied, and we imagine some dishes were designed with a non-Italian audience in mind (after all, one pasta dish out of nine dishes is something a foreigner would expect). The €150 menu is a lot compared to what you'd spend on a rustico and a pasticciotto, but considering the small space, the number of dishes, and the complexity of the preparations, it's hard to imagine spending less. There are options for non-alcoholics, and they weren't shocked that I only drank water.

Excellent tasting dishes made with traditional ingredients but with a very clever technical reinterpretation. Professional and courteous service. The atmosphere is refined but perhaps a bit too simple for a restaurant of this caliber. The room is a bit noisy due to the echo of voices.

Comments that take the Michelin star into account! Nice appetizers, but not exceptional. One outstanding dish: the sweetbreads with raw Gallipoli prawns, frankly excellent. The other pasta dishes, in particular, are not up to Michelin-star standards (in our opinion, of course). A slight disappointment. Because overall, we ate very well in Puglia and we were expecting more refined cuisine! The setting, by the way, is very clean. Modern, but the city of Lecce is so beautiful that we were expecting something different!

Dinner with friends, and this restaurant was a delightful discovery. We chose the tasting menu proposed by the chef: her dishes are steeped in tradition, with well-balanced flavors and excellent execution. Kudos to Solaika for her passion, creativity, and ability to transform each course into a unique experience. The service was impeccable, attentive but never intrusive. Special thanks to Manuel, who won us over with his professionalism. It was truly a fantastic experience, one we will cherish forever.

One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food was exceptional: creative, beautifully balanced, and full of unexpected flavour combinations that worked perfectly together. Every dish felt thoughtful and refined, with incredible attention to detail. A special mention to the young chef behind this experience.
