10/10/2025: We ordered two seafood risottos, they smelled bad, we called the waitress and after pointing out the defect, they called the owner who, according to him, was the smell of the sea (but polluted), he suggested we change and so we ordered a spaghetti with garlic and oil, once they arrived we were satisfied that they were floating in butter, we moved on to the second courses, fried prawns and calamari, even worse, hard prawns and soft calamari, finally the bill arrived, we paid and left with our legs raised, a harmony of what in my opinion was disgusting

05/10/2025: I went with my family for lunch on Sunday and unfortunately we weren't at all satisfied. We didn't order the set menu, but rather the à la carte. We waited an hour for our first course. When we asked for the second course (grilled octopus and sliced ​​steak), we were told we'd have to wait another 40 minutes...excessive in my opinion. We were told that if we didn't want to wait too long, we should opt for the mixed fried fish. So we decided to leave, recommending they only order the set menu on Sundays and nothing else, because it's absurd to wait so long for two roasts. We paid a whopping €103 for three first courses, a bottle of water, and three sorbets. The waiter apologized and was kind, but the restaurant, whoever was in charge, wasn't even capable of apologizing or adjusting the price we paid given the poor service. I sincerely hope they manage to organize themselves better in the future, although I don't think I'll return. I'M RESPONDING TO THE OWNER. WE WERE NOT WARNED THAT WE WOULD HAVE A WAIT AN HOUR FOR OUR FIRST COURSE. ONLY WHEN WE REQUESTED A SECOND COURSE WERE WE TOLD THAT WE HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 40 MINUTES. THE MENU PUBLISHED ONLINE SAYS A FIRST COURSE IS 20 EUROS, BUT WE PAID 25. REGARDING THE RESERVATION, WE CALLED BEFORE ARRIVING AT YOUR RESTAURANT. GET INFORMED BEFORE YOU SAY NONSENSE AND CONTINUE WITH THE APOLOGIES. YOU'LL MAKE A BETTER IMPRESSION BY SIMPLY SAYING "SORRY!"

23/09/2025: This was the most disgusting place..a cross between a school canteen and a funeral parlor. Absolutely no atmosphere..staff didn't give a jot ..totally not interested...asked for some background music...not available unless live music on...I'm afraid this doesn't give Italy any justice...don't go there.

10/11/2025: The service is really fast. The owner is also the pizza chef, and she's incredibly skilled. Besides always making the pizzas with perfectly balanced toppings, she also masters the art of handling the dough with truly acrobatic maneuvers. Excellent for both takeout and dine-in, despite the small space. I've always found them friendly, kind, courteous, and helpful. And, last but not least, the pizzas ARE EXCELLENT!

29/08/2025: 9:00 PM We stopped for a quick bite to eat, asking if we could sit down, and there were free tables on a Saturday night. There were four of us, so we sat down and asked what the quickest thing to grab was because we had a commitment by 10:00 PM at the latest! They said fried panzerotti, and we said let's make them, emphasizing the importance of the hour... After 30 minutes, we asked a very young and inexperienced waitress how they were doing, but she never got an answer. After 10 minutes, we asked again without getting an answer. I approached the kitchen to apply pressure and at least get some answers... at 9:45 PM, the answer came back: "They're cooking." At 10:00 PM, given the lack of seriousness, we decided to pay for what we had ordered, that is, to have and leave.... Lo and behold, when it was time to pay, our much-desired panzerotti came out! Too late!!!! PS: if you have seats, you cannot give priority to takeaway!!!!

18/11/2025: Beautiful location and excellent service, a Sunday lunch for €45 feels a bit stuck in time. After almost a year, the appetizers are the same, so as a constructive observation, I can say that perhaps you're not tempted to return after the second or third time. Be careful, not because the food is bad, but because change helps stimulate your imagination, thinking, "I wonder what I'll eat." However, always having the same appetizers doesn't create that desire for novelty that drives you to return over and over again.

16/11/2025: Today we had lunch in a truly welcoming location. We were a fairly large group, with children in tow. The attention we received was evident from the moment we booked. The entire staff, especially Mr. Francesco, was very attentive to our needs: allergies, intolerances, and pregnant women. The menu was extensive and truly delicious. If you want to spend a Sunday in a place where you feel at home, this is the ideal place. I highly recommend it!

09/12/2025: I recommended this restaurant to my family for a birthday party and was widely criticized because we all felt terrible! The conclusion was that, since it was Monday, they must have foisted on us the weekend's leftovers, which had already expired. This was absolutely unfair, considering we weren't spending a small amount. It's an experience I won't repeat and I strongly advise against.

Everything is excellent: hearty, tasty, and generous dishes, served with a smile and great kindness by the entire staff. ❤️ If you're passing through Monopoli, don't hesitate for a second: go eat there once... or several times! You'll never be disappointed. A place to recommend without hesitation! 🍝🍷

22/07/2025: So glad we walked away from the busy tourist section and found this bakery. Definitely local pick up spot for focaccia and sweet chocolate sweets. We had some kind of ham & vegetable “pie” that was amazing. Entire tab for four people was eight euro.

10/06/2025: An exceptional focaccia! During our visit to Alberobello, we discovered the Tagliente Bakery—a true local gem. We tried their grain focaccia, and it was simply delicious: soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, with an authentic taste and generous flavors. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the place exudes artisanal tradition. A must-see for lovers of good bakery!

30/10/2025: The food is excellent and the portions are generous. However, some of the staff can be a bit intimidating: they seem to stare at customers, especially those from South Asia. This behavior is unpleasant and makes those simply trying to enjoy their meal uncomfortable. It would be helpful if the owner reminded the staff to refrain from staring, so that everyone can have a more relaxed and enjoyable experience.

19/10/2025: This restaurant is very, very beautiful. Impressive for its cuisine, I'd say an explosion of gastronomic receptors! My husband got a greasy stain on his shirt. We are a waiter. Suggested stain remover! I haven't seen it in Italy yet. This really impressed me.
