I trusted Giacomo completely with the choice... and it couldn't have gone better. I tried the "Michelangelo" and it was a top choice. Delicate zucchini flowers, velvety pumpkin cream, capocollo, and a perfectly balanced flavor. The light dough, well-leavened and perfectly cooked, is super digestible. A historic pizzeria in Palo del Colle, you know you'll be happy! 😌

A typical pizza from Bari, very thin and slightly undercooked. If you like contemporary Neapolitan pizza, this is a must-try.

As always, the entire staff proved to be excellent, not to mention the excellent and varied dishes.
