A quiet, simply furnished restaurant with exposed stonework that defines the entire setting. The trattoria-style menu features mostly locally sourced ingredients. Among the first courses, the orecchiette with turnip greens were a favorite.
Among the second courses, the grilled octopus.
The friendly and welcoming owner added various appetizers while we waited for our main courses. The house wine could be improved.
The price/quality ratio for the food was very favorable.

I chose this trattoria by chance as I was passing through. The place is small with just a few tables, but I have to say the service, food, flavors, and price were exceptional. I had a first course, a fish main course, mineral water, and a coffee plus a cover charge of €28. Highly recommended. After eating, I read the reviews; there are a couple of negative ones, but they're probably false because it's impossible for them to be bad one day and great the next. So, I highly recommend it.

Ismet and his wife are wonderful people, welcoming and attentive without ever being intrusive. They offer local cuisine that makes you feel at home, without false gourmet pretenses, honest and straightforward in its presentation, price, and, above all, in the quality of both the fish and meat. It was a pleasure dining at their restaurant and we will definitely be back to try more of the menu.
