08/06/2025: This restaurant was a pleasant surprise. We went there by chance after trying to go to one that was full. We ordered two spectacular pasta dishes. Orecchiette and octopus spaghetti. The red sauce was divine, creamy, with an unforgettable flavor. I would go back many times. For me, it was the best dish of our trip.

23/05/2025: I was there last night in this bar, it was me and my friends. Let's start from the beginning, I order a brioche with dark chocolate, I ask if the product is packaged, they tell me that the brioche is frozen. They serve me the brioche and when I eat it I feel that there is a part still hard, frozen; I call the girl, I point out this thing and she immediately brings the brioche to the owner. The owner brings me back the brioche without replacing it and from here you can already see the professionalism and education of a person. Now comes the best part. Once at the cashier, she gives me the receipt of €1.80, I point out to her that the cost of the brioche is not the one indicated on the menu presented by them. She tells me that with the dark cream it costs more, when on the menu it was explicitly stated that the brioche with the various creams cost €1.50. I tell her that this is not correct behavior and that the cost is the one shown on the menu but with her unpleasant manner she goes ahead and does the other calculations without paying attention to the customer. In addition, my friends also found prices that did not correspond to the menu. Be careful not to let these people who do not know how to work honestly steal your money. I tell her that she was very lucky, because yesterday the financial police were supposed to arrive.

08/06/2025: A Gioia del Colle cerchi i panzerotti pugliesi e giusto vicino il castello normanno trovi Tigella e Gnocco fritto. Roba inusuale dalle nostre parti ma con una bella presentazione. Siamo vegetariani ed il menù ha buona considerazione per noi. In realtà la casa offre solo taglieri ma ognuno con almeno dieci-dodici pezzi di cose molto buone. Arrivano le salse, arrivano le tigelle (specialità parmense e modenese) medaglie di pasta leggera cotta alla piastra con l'anima calda ed ecco gli gnocchi fritti (tringoli di pasta lievitata belli gonfi e croccanti) da riempire con ogni cosa commestibile. Broccoli saltati, gorgonzola, filetti di peperoni arrostiti, pecorini, formaggi al pistacchio, burratina, pomodori secchi, funghi non banali, melanzane e zuchine piastrate, squacquerone, ... non si può finire! I titolari, una coppia sorridente, ci preparano una bag da portare via con quanto di buono non siamo riusciti a mangiare. In Puglia si possono gustare specialità di altre parti del paese. Tanta roba super buona al prezzo di una pizza. Bravi.

21/05/2025: We stopped by on a quick trip to Bari. I had already tried focaccias but this was the best ever! We ate them one after the other, fresh from the oven or already warm (much better). The taste and simplicity make them a masterpiece! Well-kept location, for a quick bite but certainly very welcoming and with some seating. Friendly and fast service as well as generous with advice despite the fairly busy time. Honest price, great experience!

09/06/2025: We arrived with a reservation made well in advance, but upon arrival we were told that our table had been given away. The response we received was "everyone is booked here, first come, first served". This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience! Reservations are expected to be respected, especially if made in advance. We will not be returning. The pizza is still very good but the atmosphere is getting worse.

Un posto che consiglio vivamente a tutte le persone che vogliono far godere il loro palato. Peter persona capace e in grado di consigliare il meglio. Un posto che sicuramente entra a far parte della mia personale classifica in maniera prorompente. A presto siete una bellissima realtà in questa fantastica Polignano. Rapporto qualità prezzo top.
