At the counter, you can choose the meat you'd like, accompanied by an appetizer if desired. The menu isn't extensive, but the dishes are all worth it. The experience was truly remarkable: I've been here twice now and have never been disappointed. The quality of the meat is impeccable, incredibly tasty, perfectly cooked, bringing out every nuance, the result of a careful selection of raw materials and meticulous attention to detail in the grilling process. But the real heartbreak was the wines and, above all, the charcuterie and cheese platters, something spectacular and out of the ordinary. Refined products, often unique and unconventional, with a unique personality, very different from the usual cheeses and charcuterie found elsewhere: each bite tells a story, and it's clear that a precise and informed choice lies behind it. The staff is welcoming and friendly, including Valerio and Alessandro, always available and knowledgeable, even when it comes to recommending cuts of meat and wine pairings. The place is beautiful, with a style that blends rustic character with a street-style vibe, warm and refined but never cold or artificial. It has several spaces: a large interior, a first floor, and a more intimate second floor, ideal for a more intimate atmosphere.
