It's a real shame I can't give this place more than 5 stars. The food and wine were excellent, but the extra something was the fantastic girl who served us: Francesca (not the same as last time). Today, more radiant and cheerful than usual, she made our evening unforgettable. I think as soon as I get back from Tuscany, I'll ask her if we can go for a drink when she's free.

08/07/2026: "Vini e Panini" is a must-visit in the heart of the historic center. The food is divine: platters of excellent cured meats and cheeses, and amazing sandwiches, from gourmet ones with red tuna and salmon to more rustic ones with zampina sausage. The selection of Apulian wines is excellent, and the friendly and knowledgeable staff makes you feel right at home. A quaint, authentic place, highly recommended for a high-quality, informal meal. We'll be back!
