01/01/2026: I like it as a bar because it's always open when others close at inconvenient hours. The staff is young and quite friendly. The food could be improved upon for the appetizers. The desserts are average.

30/12/2025: A welcoming and well-maintained bar. Ideal for a coffee break or an aperitif with friends. The friendly staff are always available with a smile, which really makes the difference. Excellent coffee. Delicious gianduiotti chocolates, made with passion. A must-see in Turi.

03/04/2026: It's worth it. We tried the orecchiette with anchovies and breadcrumbs and were pleased. The desserts were also excellent, and the mousses were excellent. Prices are average, and with the TheFork discount, they're even better. Recommended.

The coffee is excellent, creamy, and served with a smile, and the atmosphere is always pleasant and relaxed. A special mention goes to the owner, Maurizio, a delightful, kind person who always pays attention to his customers: his helpfulness and courtesy truly make the difference and make every visit a pleasure. 14/09/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, looking for a pizzeria on a Saturday night, and I must say there was room, unlike other very busy pizzerias! We dined outside under the patios, very welcoming and relaxing! When we go out for dinner, we prefer to eat pizza, and looking at the online menu and the photos, I chose a vegetarian one! It didn't have much in common with the photo, and the zucchini, the only vegetable, were raw and unseasoned!! But what does it take to make a vegetarian pizza tastier? A little toppings, some breadcrumbs, and freshly cooked vegetables before baking or not? Well, I hope this review, if read, will be a piece of advice for the pizza chef or chef!

02/03/2026: I went to Triticum for my birthday (there were five of us) and it was a perfect choice. A modern place with a rustic touch that makes it warm and welcoming. It was a busy Friday night, but the service was very fast and organized. My only suggestion is to turn down the music. The contemporary pizza is really good; The young waitresses, some super approachable, others more formal, but all professional. The younger waitresses are very friendly, kind, and sweet; they make you feel truly welcomed, not just a "customer." They give good advice and you can tell they care. If you want a well-made gourmet pizza and a refined atmosphere without the anxiety of a fancy restaurant, this is the place.

29/08/2025: 9:00 PM We stopped for a quick bite to eat, asking if we could sit down, and there were free tables on a Saturday night. There were four of us, so we sat down and asked what the quickest thing to grab was because we had a commitment by 10:00 PM at the latest! They said fried panzerotti, and we said let's make them, emphasizing the importance of the hour... After 30 minutes, we asked a very young and inexperienced waitress how they were doing, but she never got an answer. After 10 minutes, we asked again without getting an answer. I approached the kitchen to apply pressure and at least get some answers... at 9:45 PM, the answer came back: "They're cooking." At 10:00 PM, given the lack of seriousness, we decided to pay for what we had ordered, that is, to have and leave.... Lo and behold, when it was time to pay, our much-desired panzerotti came out! Too late!!!! PS: if you have seats, you cannot give priority to takeaway!!!!

17/09/2025: Only come if you're tired and have no other option. The service is that of a very popular restaurant. They serve wine as if it were a glass of water, or worse. Noisy atmosphere. The only positive point was the presentation of the dishes, but the taste was nothing special.

02/11/2025: It's hard to rate a local bar on a rainy day, when it was overrun by thirty kids with their families who were in Campiglia for a Rubik's Cube competition... The chaos and the rain certainly didn't help... In fact, the girls were polite, the prices affordable, the quality poor.
