Great experience... delicious, freshly cooked meat... various flavors and specialties that melt in your mouth... we tried several places on our tour of Puglia, but these bombette were the winner!!! Congratulations... the potato cooked with the meat is amazing... it's a street food place with tables outside to accommodate those who want to eat in, so you don't have to expect a comfortable seat, but frankly, I don't care because what matters is the quality of the food... I recommend a visit...

Rustic atmosphere. The owner is a delightful, kind, and very generous person. He met our needs and was kind enough to even give us a small discount. The food, even for takeout, is exceptional. High-quality, flavorful meat and a wide variety of bombette flavors. I can't wait to go back ☺️

We've almost always ordered takeout, but the quality is incredible. They don't usually do delivery, but when I told the owner that my wife was pregnant, he personally came to deliver our dinner. Five stars aren't enough.

12/11/2025: I've been coming to this place since it opened, and I think, in a way, we've grown together. Whether it's for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the selection is always vast. I couldn't really say which dish is the best, because every time I order, I'd want to order everything! The menu changes seasonally, and it's always meticulously crafted. If you want to try something truly innovative, rather than the usual bistro, this is the place for you. Over the years, the place has grown significantly, in every way, a clear sign of passion, dedication, and love for what they do. It's one of those places I recommend whenever I don't want to make a bad impression on someone. The last time I came here with a friend, and she immediately captured the essence of the place: books, board games, a large, bright space, and that warm feeling of being at home. This isn't a place that makes random choices; you can tell that every decision is meant to tell a story and convey it to its customers. The venue's view is evident from the moment you step through the gate. The owner, Gigi, Vito, and the entire crew are always available and incredibly friendly: they help make every experience here unique and enjoyable. Highly recommended, wholeheartedly. ❤️

28/03/2026: I went on a Saturday with a reservation. I have to say I had an excellent vegetable pizza. Both the dough and the toppings were good, and it was perfectly cooked, one of the best I've ever had. Highly recommended. I also had prosciutto and mozzarella... both delicious. The staff were very attentive and helpful. I recommend going there.
