Culinary highlight of my visit to Puglia.

We had an amazing experience at Osteria Chichibio in Polignano a Mare. Everything was absolutely delicious — the lobster, oysters, and baked fish were outstanding!
The atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was even better — warm, attentive, and truly top-level.

Best restaurant experience in Polignano. Delicious food, amazing fish, great wine selection and very friendly service. Absolutely not the usual tourist trap, it was a culinary delight, highly recommended.

Great!! We came here shortly after the change of management and returned for Oranzo on a spring Saturday. For our appetizer, the fried food was far too dry, hiding fish that was unusually fragrant and soft for fried food. We then had two lobster dishes: an excellent Catalan-style lobster and a sublime and flawless tagliolini, with very tender lobster and a subtle bisque.
The service was friendly but could be improved. If I could offer one piece of advice, it would be to clean the tablecloth before dessert, or it would get covered in crumbs.

Vers Nice osteria, food was fresh, i had the catch of the day capaccio, seafood pasta and tiramisu. Excellent all in all. The service is very attentive. Totally recommand

I visit Polignano a Mare several times every year and always visit CRU, owned by the same people who run Osteria di Chichibio. The food and decor are, as always, top-notch. From details like the lamps and cutlery to my favorite fluted glasses.
Unfortunately, on my last visit, there was no one at the entrance. An older gentleman (presumably the chef) came out, being rather curt and rude. He quickly offered me a table and left. The bad taste remained, as I'd brought someone very close to me, and from the moment I entered, my enthusiasm plummeted. We expected the kind of hospitality I return to every year, but in this case, the hospitality that Massimiliano and Vittoria possess was lacking.

Very good food, really nice place, excelent location, great service. We had lunch in March. Fresh sea food, excelent cooked. We reccomend this place for an authentic taste and experience.
