Thank you so much for another wonderful evening! Giuseppe and his team handled even some last-minute changes brilliantly. But their real strength lies in everything that happens once you're seated in the restaurant. Superb cuisine, a sensational wine list, and above all, outstanding service have made every single one of my visits here an exceptionally positive experience! Definitely make a reservation and try the tasting menu!

I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The food was excellent and the wine selection complimented the food perfectly. The attention to detail was astounding. I pray I am able to come back to Bari to experience this wonderful restaurant again.

Outstanding in every regard. This is truly a gem. Very comfortable atmosphere with fabulous food, wonderfully presented and with perfectly balanced service. Were it a local restaurant I’d be a regular. Alas, it’s 9,276.7 kms away, so I must content myself with the memory of the singularly delightful experience we had here.

Wonderful experience, from ringing doorbell to be let in, to the attentive service, great wine selection and all very reasoanbky priced. . It was like being wrapped up in a blanket of lovingly prepared food.

Stepping through the doors of PerBacco is like entering a timeless osteria. Everything here is meticulously crafted, and the menu changes constantly. If you want to sample gourmet dishes without breaking the bank, this is the place to be! The wine list is amazing, and the menu is carefully selected. Impeccable service.

Per Bacco is a restaurant with a soul, and that's why we decided to entrust it with our Bari native's last dinner. For starters, we had a plate of cardoons on a pecorino cream sauce (off-menu), followed by linguine with mantis shrimp and a yellow datterino tomato sauce (off-menu), and a sea bass with fennel, orange sauce, and wild fennel. For dessert, a pear with chocolate and salted caramel (also off-menu), followed by a dark chocolate mousse. With water and two glasses of wild fennel liqueur, we paid €85 in total.

Restaurants which are or have been included in the Osterie list always meet our expectations. Lovely atmosphere, with the host displaying professionalism and competence. Lovely food, great wine. Definitely worth a try.

02/05/2026: Great casual restaurant. The staff is incredibly welcoming and fun. The cozze were amazing! Great service, and meal preparation and presentation, will become a regular here!
02/05/2026: Very pleasant atmosphere, the staff was super nice and seated us fast and the menu variety is huge. We ordered the tomatoes + mozarella appetizer and they even gave us a free welcome bread with dill sauce, which tasted fresh and the bread was super soft. We came here to try out some real, Italian pasta and it truly exceeded our expectations. All the pasta is homemade and it’s thick and filling, don’t let the portion size betray you because this will for sure make you full😂😂 We ordered the orechiette with meatballs, spaghetti bolognese, spaghetti carbonara and spaghetti tricolore + we also got tiramisu and salame al cioccolato as dessert and it tasted better than ever!! You definitely have to stop by here if you ever come to Monopoli.❤️

Extraordinary dishes, a convivial atmosphere, and so many wonderful people united by the desire to share and showcase the Molfettese puntarelle. An experience that successfully combined flavor, tradition, and conviviality. The star of the show were the Molfettese puntarelle, showcased in every dish with great care and creativity, in an evening enriched by the presence of journalists, food, and wine bloggers. All in the splendid setting of Il Vecchio Gazebo, which has established itself as a point of reference: refined cuisine, quality ingredients, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at home. When local tradition and passion meet, the result can only be special.
