12/04/2026: First time at this wood-fired pizza and antipasto pizzeria, and I have to say it's really not bad. There's a wide selection of pizza toppings, whether white or red. I opted for the Bella Napoli, which is supposed to be their signature pizza, or the house version, or the Special's for foreign tourists. Simple, excellent dough, red with a high crust, topped with buffalo mozzarella, grated parmesan, and basil. It's certainly good, but the only negative for me is that it's high and soft on the edges but extremely thin in the center. As an ignoramus, I think it's all well thought out and balanced so you don't feel hungry after eating it. Satisfied, but without the risk of being overly full and leaving the crust to throw away on your plate. I actually ate it all, even though it's very thin, and I even enjoyed the crust. Congratulations... I'll be back 👍

04/04/2026: Service needs reassessment: I think the hour-and-a-half wait between ordering and serving is excessive, especially when the place isn't busy. The menu isn't very extensive (good), and the beverage selection is even less so (bad). As far as I'm concerned, I won't be returning anytime soon, but I think the latest management change is worth giving the benefit of the doubt.

27/12/2025: The staff does not understand english. At all. The food was good but not amazing. No broth refill but the ingredients were good. They give you only one tablet to order which can be a problem if you are multiple people.

23/12/2025: Authentic Chinese food. I lived in China for 5 years. I know the flavors and the service too. It's nice that they have private rooms and even the option of hotpot!

18/03/2026: The pizza is also acceptable, nothing special, just another one, but it's certainly not the main problem. What makes me rate the place negatively is the presence of hair on the pizza, which I ordered for takeout. A few weeks ago, I had already found two hairs on the entire pizza at this pizzeria, but I didn't expect it to happen again. The taste of pizza may be subjective, but the presence of foreign bodies inside it is indicative of poor hygiene and is an unjustifiable occurrence, especially when it happens repeatedly. Making good pizzas isn't a must, but ensuring hygiene in the kitchen is. One less customer.

27/03/2026: Ordered on Just Eat. Delivery expected at 9:30 PM. Called twice, the first time at 9:40 PM. They told us they were finishing preparing the order and we'd receive it shortly. At 10:15 PM, still here waiting. At 10:20 PM, 50 minutes late, the order arrives, lukewarm.

08/03/2026: Apart from pizza, everything else is not for them.

08/11/2025: A well-organized Saturday can be turned upside down even with a pizza. Order placed at 8:30 PM and pizzas arrived at 11 PM, 1.5 hours late. Thank you.

26/09/2025: A beautiful, quiet place for dinner. Varied menu. We had two appetizers and two first courses, both delicious. I especially enjoyed the tuna tartare, fresh and light. It was accompanied by two glasses of white wine. The staff was truly kind and attentive. Even though there was someone missing that evening, they served us right away. When we return to Alberobello, we'll definitely stop by. Greetings from Paestum

20/04/2026: No point in going there... The contents of the dishes more or less matched the menu (it all depends on whether you look at the Italian, French, or English version). Orecchiette with anchovies with two anchovies, pasta with meatballs but no meatballs... I understand the language barrier, but this is the only restaurant where the dishes we ordered weren't what we wanted. And unfortunately, the food was tasteless... There must be much better options in the area.

04/04/2026: We visited the caves and stopped here for convenience. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food, if you're not demanding, isn't bad.

18/03/2026: Located outside the center of Conversano, the restaurant consists of a small, well-lit, warmer, and more welcoming interior room, and a second, decidedly more sparse and impersonal room created from a small atrium covered by a canopy and heated by large outdoor heaters. I'll skip over the nearly two-hour wait, justified (as always) by the fact that it was Saturday night (in reality, the real reason is that they increasingly prefer to focus on takeout, so seated customers can wait...). To pass the time, we ordered some tempura vegetables, which turned out to be too oily, too colorful, and obviously reheated. We reached the pinnacle with the pizza. Some ingredients, meanwhile, had run out, and we had to change our order. My pizza, a simple "bufalina," had only a lot of tomato and a thin layer of finely shredded mozzarella, as if it had been blended. Practically tasteless. There wasn't even a hint of buffalo mozzarella (the flavor of which I can recognize very well, when it's there...). We didn't complain because we were guests, but we really could have left everything on our plates. I'm giving three stars only to encourage the pizza chefs, all very young. But the restaurant, the real, simple, and authentic kind (which doesn't take much to offer), is something else entirely.
