On Saturday, April 11th, I celebrated my 40th birthday. The location was perfect for good food, excellent service, attention to detail, and fantastic entertainment during dinner, including a singer and a show. Special thanks go to the great owner, Nicola, an exceptional person in every way.

We visited Vinarius in Monopoli on Saturday, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience from start to finish. The live music created a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere that really set the tone for the evening. The food was excellent, especially the steak, which was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. But what truly stood out was the service. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the night. To top it all off, the evening didn’t just end with dinner, there was a great party vibe afterward that made the whole experience even more memorable. Definitely a place worth visiting if you’re in Monopoli! A special thanks to Antonio, who took great care of us friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome.
