18/05/2025: nonostante il locale avesse tutti i tavoli impegnati per banchetti di comunioni, abbiamo pranzato molto bene.eccellenti ricci di mare crudi e altri frutti di mare,otttime alici marinate e un baccala'in umido piatto forte del ristorante.
ottima anche la frittura di pesce.prezzi nella media e servizio eccellente.

12/05/2025: Definitely a beautiful place surrounded by nature yet to be completed.
The products are of excellent quality and above all of their own production. We were there this Sunday, where apparently there were a lot of seats (perhaps even more than normal) due to the coincidence between communions and Mother's Day.
Fixed menu, obviously, and also very interesting.
Delicious dairy products as a cold appetizer.
The rest of the lunch was good, but practically sparse. The portions didn't even look like they were a gourmet restaurant (and that was something everyone complained about).
The staff were really friendly.

02/06/2025: È un bel locale ed è molto frequentato, infatti siamo stati in fila per 10 minuti ma ne è valsa la pena, il cibo è buonissimo e super abbondante, personale cortese e simpatico, prezzi onesti.

24/05/2025: An evening dedicated to good taste. We arrived at Macelleria-Braceria Del Monte by chance, we were welcomed by the owners in a warm and excellent way and we immediately felt at home, we ate a good grill with a side of French fries. Highly recommended, we will return.
23/04/2025: Excellent quality and impeccable service. Excellent Florentine steak and meatballs with sauce. Equally the friendliness and hospitality of the owners. Mandatory stop for those traveling in Salento.

We had dinner here on Saturday night. The place is very welcoming and the staff friendly. Room on the ground floor and room on the mezzanine. There is also a room on the terrace for summer evenings.
Place for meat lovers. There are various cuts, national and otherwise.
Also special burgers and bowler hats and other home-made products
We took Argentine Angus and 2 skewers of various bowlers
Spectacular Angus, it melted in your mouth. Very good bowls and all cooked as requested.
Recommended place.
The meat counter is nice and clean.
Prices in line with the quality offered.
We will return to have dinner on the terrace
26/04/2025: Not to be missed. A butcher's shop with quality meat+++ You choose your meat and the boss cooks it perfectly for you. It's KILLING. The boss listens to you, advises you with good humor and sympathy. The waitress also very welcoming and available. A real caramel panna cotta for dessert, everything was top notch. In short, I recommend this restaurant with your eyes closed if you like good meat.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this time I feel obliged, as Fè is a journey full of emotions in which chef Francesco and his wife Eufemia accompanied us.
They made our anniversary perfect, making themselves available to fulfill our every request, the flowers, the change of dessert, the choice of music... everything was made perfect.
A note of merit certainly goes to the accurate service (worthy of a Michelin star) and the care of the location, while as regards the dishes, certainly the oyster with prawn and caviar and the Wellington tartlet.
A note of demerit for the duration of the dinner, which I would have liked to have lasted another 3 hours given how good we had it.
We will definitely be back and not just once!

I recommend it for the excellent value for money and the beverage menu.
05/05/2025: A classy restaurant for gourmets, not an Osteria as the name of the place suggests. The rooms both externally and internally are clean and well-ordered. The meat and fish dishes are of quality and freshness. After I went for lunch, being satisfied, I also decided for dinner, enjoying and alternating both meat and fish dishes.
The choice of both regional and non-regional wines is well assorted for any dish, as well as the local red one. Everything is good from starters, first courses, second courses, side dishes and desserts.
Excellent value for money, as is the table service with friendly and attentive staff. I will return and recommend it.
