13/04/2025: La carne estaba muy bien y perfectamente cocinada, también a un precio razonable. Los titulares y los laterales se quedaron cortos. Selección limitada y ensalada verde era lechuga, y solo lechuga. Si solo te interesa la carne es el lugar para ti.

08/04/2025: Couple's dinner We had dinner here on Saturday night. The place is very welcoming and the staff friendly. Room on the ground floor and room on the mezzanine. There is also a room on the terrace for summer evenings. Place for meat lovers. There are various cuts, national and otherwise. Also special burgers and bowler hats and other home-made products We took Argentine Angus and 2 skewers of various bowlers Spectacular Angus, it melted in your mouth. Very good bowls and all cooked as requested. Recommended place. The meat counter is nice and clean. Prices in line with the quality offered. We will return to have dinner on the terrace

Cuando le pregunté a la camarera si iban a salir pronto, me dijo que me daban otras cosas que no quería ni me gustaban. ¡QUIERO LO QUE PEDÍ! pero como no estaba de humor para empezar mis vacaciones con una nota negativa, solo volví los ojos. Bari ha visto demasiado tirando de la lana sobre los ojos del turista - ¿Has visto también a los falsos fabricantes de pasta en el casco antiguo? - esto dio la misma vibra... 04/04/2025: Location on the seafront, traditional Apulian dishes. Fresh fish and quality food at competitive prices. Particularly recommended given the proximity to the airport for those who want to make a gastronomic stop before embarking to return to the north.

04/04/2025: I completely agree with all the other five star ratings. We are not vegetarian however after experiencing the food I am ready to switch! Great change from the usual pasta and pizza which are the normal mainstays of Italian restaurants. Highly recommend the mixed starters for two at 18 Euros. The menu is in Italian only, a rarity in the tourist ghetto of Monopoli, however the owner/waiter speaks perfect English. Note- when a menu is in English in a tourist precinct, the food may still be good, but the prices are about 50% higher than the local places. For a real culture experience, learn a bit of Italian such as greetings, etc, get out of your comfort zone and venture outside of the old town to where the local Italians eat and drink.

03/04/2025: We are not vegans but MUNZ MUNZ BIOSTROT in Monopoli really surprised us. My wife and I met him thanks to a Wonderbox gift box for a tasting, which then became an appetizer. We were fascinated by it, so much so that we continued lunch with two delicious first courses: "cacio e pepe" and "nero di mare", all vegan! Beautiful and very tasty dishes, courteous and confidential service, very welcoming environment. Recommended to everyone.

23/03/2025: Posto senza eguali, lo staff è davvero speciale! Siamo tornati a Melendugno solo per il piacere di trascorrere una serata Al Filo d'Olio e lasciarci viziare un po'. Piatti deliziosi, preparati con grande maestria e con materie prime freschissime. ..e poi un locale tra i più belli e tipici del Salento. Continuate così siete SUPER!

03/01/2025: The dishes are taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the choice of ingredients to the presentation on the plate, with generous portions and honest prices. Among the dishes I tried: • Spring rolls (2 portions), • Puffed shrimp powder, • Wan Ton, • Steamed vegetarian ravioli, • Grilled vegetarian ravioli, • Steamed meat ravioli, • Rice spaghetti with grilled meat and vegetables, • Udon with vegetables (or wheat noodles with vegetables), • Crispy Cantonese spaghetti, • Chicken with almonds. Each dish was a journey into the authentic flavors of China. From the soft and tasty ravioli to the crispy Cantonese spaghetti, everything was delicious and prepared with a skill that transports you on a one-way ticket to authentic and original cuisine. But it's not just the food that makes this restaurant special: the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, almost familiar. The scene that stuck with me the most was that of the owner, who, despite the chaos of a Friday evening full of customers, found time to pick up a child who was playing among the tables. He smiled at him sweetly and put him back on the ground gently, before returning to work with the same energy and dedication. A simple gesture, but which tells a lot about the love with which this place is managed. Every corner of the restaurant seems to tell a story, with decorations that recall Chinese tradition without ever being excessive. The staff, despite the busy evening, always found a smile or a kind word for the customers. In short, it is one of those places that not only feeds you, but makes you feel pampered. I will definitely return, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in an authentic and satisfying culinary experience.
