06/01/2026: How to enjoy traditional Salento cuisine at home. Everything's fine.

06/01/2026: Everything was excellent, from the fried foods to the first courses and the second courses. My son and I ordered and thoroughly enjoyed the orecchiette with arugula pesto, ricotta, fresh cherry tomatoes, and almonds, and my husband ordered the penne with sausage and arugula... we left nothing! All the dishes are traditional Salento dishes, flavorful and plentiful. Thank you, we'll definitely be back. P.S. Since we were there on Epiphany, we were happy to know that the osteria is a 4-minute walk from the sand nativity scenes!

31/01/2026: Once again, we visited this charming restaurant with delicious pasta, gnocchi, and desserts. The owners greeted us warmly and immediately explained their daily specials and the menu. A wonderful feast began. The gnocchi with Parmesan and truffles melted in our mouths, the seafood pasta was a world-class masterpiece, and the carbonara and Italian Bolognese were fantastic classics. The children received a special version, which they devoured with gusto, and the tiramisu was heavenly. We encourage all Poles and other guests to visit this establishment. The owners chat with their guests, and the atmosphere is family-friendly. Warm greetings from Gdańsk to the entire staff. We will be back in the summer for their magical food. Thank you.

28/01/2026: We arrived here at an unusual hour, around 1 p.m., but we ate the most delicious pasta... the staff was smiling despite the slight language barrier, everything was agreed and served... I recommend it.

Because despite a small inconvenience, it was resolved quickly and with great professionalism.... - Service: impeccable, fast, and always with a smile. - Food: excellent, fragrant pizzas and top-quality ingredients.... I had the "tarufella," a marvel for the palate... and the nose. 👏🏽👍🏽😄😋😋 - Courtesy: the staff stood out for their kindness and helpfulness, making me feel welcomed and at home. 01/02/2026: I visited this restaurant last night for the second time. The service was prompt and attentive, and the quality of the food, especially the meat, was excellent. The two of us had a small bottle of wine, water, roast beef carpaccio, and 700g of swuami meat, if I remember correctly. The flavor was very strong and the meat was incredibly tender. We also had a side of grilled vegetables and a house dessert. The quality/price ratio was good, in my opinion. We paid €42 each. Parking is available outside, which is definitely a plus.

27/12/2025: A wonderful pizza experience at Castello, a historic landmark in Manduria's main square. Excellent pizza, easy to digest and made with quality ingredients in just the right quantities. Clean place with '90s-style decor. Simple, no-frills service, prompt and friendly. The beer selection could be expanded with some "rossa" and "IPA," especially considering the pub-like feel of the first part of the place. The option to choose pizza with lactose-free mozzarella was greatly appreciated. 👏 Overall, a positive experience and a great price. I'll be back! 😉

25/10/2025: The pizza and paposcia are excellent, expertly prepared to order. For those who don't like meat, I recommend the Crudaiola pizza, which has excellent toppings. There's limited seating, so takeout is recommended.

01/02/2026: Excellent place to spend a wonderful evening in the center of Molfetta A modern, large, and very clean restaurant located in an excellent central location. One of its strong points is the very fast service. Even though it was a Saturday night and we didn't have a reservation, we left our phone number and after just 15 minutes, they contacted us via WhatsApp to let us know they were available. Polite, friendly, and helpful staff. The menu was provided on a tablet, and there's also Wi-Fi. Wide variety of pizzas available! 💯 Very good value, an 8. WILL RETURN!
