A pleasant setting, a warm welcome, a concise menu, and a 6 or 8-course tasting menu worthy of the finest establishments. Refined, well-conceived, and flavorful, the dishes are original and expertly prepared, offering cuisine that is both authentic and contemporary. In short, we highly recommend it.

30/11/2025: Very good pizza, neither too thin nor too thick. Prices are perhaps a little above average, but still well balanced with the size and quality of the pizza. The menu offers many delicious options, and the staff is young, friendly, professional, and attentive to cleanliness. Today, November 30, 2025, after a year or so, I'm very sorry to have to change my review since the pizza I ordered today, the "Pataciccia," gave me severe stomach pain, forcing me to stay in the bathroom for over an hour. I didn't expect that, especially since they've raised the prices. I don't think I'll be going there again.

10/06/2026: A while ago, wandering around the center of Bisceglie, I stopped at this pizzeria and was more than satisfied. Last Saturday, however, I couldn't remember its name or location—I'm from the province of Potenza—but I was determined to return, so I wandered around quite a bit before finding it again. I was with my family—three people—and this time, too, I was even more satisfied with Copa Pan than the first time. Excellent pizzas, good ingredients, and fast, professional service—in short, "super excellent." The reason for the super excellent rating? When it came time to pay, I mistakenly—not having glasses and having misread the bill—overcharged the bill, and the cashier, very kind and professional, pointed out the mistake to me. Well done!!! 09/04/2026: I tried this Japanese restaurant in Brindisi and was pleasantly surprised. The fish is excellent, the fusion dishes are creative and tasty, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The value for money is excellent, I'll definitely be back!

17/03/2026: Unparalleled kindness, never experienced before!!! I've been to so many places, but today something so sweet happened. We booked a table for lunch to celebrate my daughter's 9th birthday (she's a sushi fanatic, and theirs is the best in Brindisi). Halfway through lunch, my daughter's boyfriend was joking with the waiter, and he replaced the restaurant's usual soft music with the song "Happy Birthday." Lunch goes very well, with excellent food. We order dessert, and the owner arrives with a mini cake with a candle and a plastic cake that emitted music and lights, along with a surprise balloon they offered. I must say, they were truly adorable. ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much!

16/05/2026: It's the seaside bar of my childhood memories. Having been barely a baby, I've visited Porto Badisco every summer over the years. The old charm, though somewhat changed, endures, and every time I return, I feel the holiday feeling. The bar is the heart of Porto Badisco, with its Lecce coffee, its traditional croissants you have to try early in the morning, its legendary panini, and the huge tub of sea urchins for lunch.
