A while ago, wandering around the center of Bisceglie, I stopped at this pizzeria and was more than satisfied. Last Saturday, however, I couldn't remember its name or location—I'm from the province of Potenza—but I was determined to return, so I wandered around quite a bit before finding it again. I was with my family—three people—and this time, too, I was even more satisfied with Copa Pan than the first time. Excellent pizzas, good ingredients, and fast, professional service—in short, "super excellent." The reason for the super excellent rating? When it came time to pay, I mistakenly—not having glasses and having misread the bill—overcharged the bill, and the cashier, very kind and professional, pointed out the mistake to me. Well done!!! Thanks for everything, and see you next time. Good luck!

I have to say, everything was excellent! The owner and waiters were very kind, the service was very fast, and the quality of the ingredients was top-notch! The contemporary pizza was truly delicious! The quality/price ratio was excellent! I will definitely be back.

The service is 6 stars, the atmosphere is like something out of a fairy tale, clean, fast, nice and cheerful, we liked the food, everyone chose some pizza, the desserts were great, both adults and children were satisfied

Wide selection of both sandwiches and pizzas...all very good! The Tennen S and Leffe draft beers were top notch! Surprisingly reasonable prices; the 8 of us paid 15 euros each! We hope it stays that way...we'll definitely be back!

22/06/2026: Excellent dishes served with care. Attentive and courteous waiters. The atmosphere—we ate on the terrace—was well-kept, but for a hot lunch, there were no fans. Although the view definitely deserves a 5-star rating, I'm not giving it just because of the heat.

First of all, the location is enchanting: I enjoyed it during the day, and I can imagine that glimpse of the sea in the evening or at sunset from the beautiful covered terrace. The interior dining room is truly magical; it feels like dining in an ancient manor with soaring vaults. The restaurant pays close attention to its guests' well-being, and you can tell from the moment you enter; the staff and owners immediately put you at ease. The service is impeccable, top-notch: attentive to individual needs, ready to help without being intrusive. Each dish is explained in meticulous detail... the problem is, you'll want to try everything. The ingredients are top-quality and expertly prepared in the kitchen; the fish is served both cooked and raw in a variety of appealing ways, without distorting the natural flavors of the freshest produce. While waiting for your dishes, you'll be tempted by the various types of homemade bread, accompanied by Apulian olive oils, a great way to promote the region. The culinary experience is complemented by the taste and aroma of the selection from the well-stocked wine cellar. We continued to favor the local area with excellent, top-quality Apulian wines, recommended by the talented sommelier. Compliments to the table service staff, especially the talented Gaetano, who is attentive to pampering guests without ever intruding on their space; I'd call him a gastronomic consultant. The price is absolutely in line with the quality of the food and the wine cellar.

Every bite reveals meticulous attention to textures and an aesthetic presentation that delights the eye even before the palate. ​The service was excellent, with professional, friendly, and attentive waiters, capable of describing each course with passion and expertise.
10/05/2026: A very charming place with tuff stone rooms and modern features (the chandelier in the main room is stunning). The service was impeccable and fast, perhaps too fast. The food was exquisite, with incredibly fresh fish and a breathtaking seafood aroma, and top-notch pairings. I would definitely return.
