Really good food, but you do have to make a reservation there, otherwise there is no room.

What a disappointment... We arrived at this lovely restaurant, and the promise was excellent given the very characteristic location. However, it took an hour just to order, and the food was anything but typical... A place for tourists who leave happy because they don't know Italian food. Definitely avoid.

An outstanding restaurant In Cisternino. The food was excellent- the tuna dishes were divine, the pasta perfect, the service attentive without being overbearing and all in a beautiful laneway.

An experience we absolutely must repeat: fantastic food and a warm welcome! ​We had dinner on Thursday the 23rd, "Aneme e core" (Aneme and Core) evening, and it was truly memorable! ​The atmosphere is beautiful, and dinner turned into a lively and energetic experience, truly lived with heart and soul. The food is truly excellent, with carefully prepared and flavorful dishes, but the real difference is the management: Luano is a wonderful person, incredibly kind and welcoming, who accepts every compliment with a sincere smile that warms the heart. ​I absolutely recommend this place both for the excellent quality of the food and—and above all—for the extraordinary, typically Apulian hospitality that makes you feel right at home. We'll definitely be back!

Lovely restaurant, great food. Can be very hot and airless outside in the summer as not much of a breeze. Food was lovely but could have been seasoned a little more. Very friendly service. Always book ahead.

A dream of food and service! 🤗🕺🏽🍀 The Negroni aperitif was perfectly mixed. The amuse-bouche was a wonderful prelude to what was to come. The appetizers with stuffed zucchini blossoms and fried cod were simply amazing! The main course, lasagna and the veal orecchiette (elephant's ear), were perfect! For dessert – a dream of homemade Rocher, don't just look, order and enjoy! Thank you so much for the wonderful evening and the excellent, friendly service! We'll definitely be back on our next holiday in the region.

Every detail is taken care of, from the atmosphere to the extremely polite and attentive staff. The dishes are so delicious I was sorry to finish them. The wine was also excellent. An important detail is the restrooms: it's practically like entering a dining room with curtains and dried flowers, obviously equipped with every comfort. Highly recommended.

An excellent experience. Located in one of Cisternino's most charming corners, I appreciated the courtesy, empathy, and above all, the attention to detail in the food. All the dishes were excellent. Recommended.

What a surprise this place... what a welcome... what kindness and helpfulness towards the customers... an enchanting place, in an alley in the historic center of Cisternino where the host (and what a host) welcomes you with all the honors of the house) incredible location, very romantic, both inside (the whole history of the osteria is there... from the beginning, to the changes that have taken place over the years... wow) and outside. Let's talk about the food... Antipasti of all kinds, from fried food to parmigiana, from tuna tartare to braids and cheeses and cured meats typical of the area. There is little to add. I forgot... the desserts, homemade and out of this world, especially the soufflé, soft, creamy and not cloying (I also tried the tiramisu, and what a tiramisu guys). I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to spend an evening in sweet company or with a group of friends on these summer evenings!! Enchanting!
