Delicious food with high-quality recipes and ingredients! The chef and waiter are incredibly friendly. We've been twice, and if we lived in Cisternino, we'd go regularly!

I visited Osteria Bell'Italia in Cisternino and had a truly positive experience. Authentic dishes, authentic flavors, and a welcoming atmosphere, just as you'd expect from a true Apulian osteria. You can sense the attention to detail in both the cuisine and the service. And the owner, Luano, what can I say...a delightful and truly professional person! Recommended if you're in the area; I'll be back!

I would return a thousand times. Located in the beautiful historic center of Cisternino, Osteria Bell'Italia is a true gem. The quality of the food is excellent, with carefully crafted and authentic dishes that reflect the local area. The service is impeccable: attentive, friendly, and never intrusive. A special thanks to Luano, the owner, a wonderful person: professional, full of life, and with a rare sensitivity. He truly makes you feel at home. 13/04/2026: The three of us were here today – with our six-month-old baby – and we're honestly still impressed. The service was absolutely fantastic. It's rare to experience such attentive, warm, and yet unobtrusive service. From the very first moment, we felt welcome. The entire team made us feel like regulars – almost like royalty. Everyone was incredibly caring and relaxed, especially with our baby, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The ambiance is harmonious, charming, and perfectly complements the overall experience. And the food? Simply spot on: authentic, creative, and prepared with a deep understanding of true Italian cuisine. We are so grateful for this serendipitous discovery and will definitely be back. A definite recommendation for anyone who wants to not just eat Italy, but truly experience it.

03/04/2026: Delicious food, lovely hosts, gorgeous surroundings. Being a vegan in Cisternino is quite difficult, but the chef went above and beyond to cater for my diet and I was not disappointed! I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
