01/06/2026: We wholeheartedly recommend that place! That was our third visit here. The owner and staff once again welcomed us very warm and friendly. Food and wine were delicious like always.

01/06/2026: Really good pasta. We got welcomed with some homemade tzatziki sauce (very refreshing on this warm weather). What surprised me was the spicy olive oil served with the pasta- delicious.

26/10/2025: A super 4-star for IL FIENILE What a treat you can have with good taste and style! The event I attended was a 60th birthday party, and I'd say it was outside the norm. The birthday girl was bright and lively, and IL FIENILE perfectly showcased her personality. The service was very well organized, the dishes were typically Italian, but presented and combined with gourmet touches. The setting offers space for an evening with entertainment... the courtyard at the entrance is equally stunning, all in beautiful GALATINA!

01/06/2026: Nice place, nothing spectacular. They asked us where we wanted to eat, and since we're IQOS smokers, we chose outside. I'll start by saying that it's not closed, the outside is completely open... while we were smoking IQOS, they told us smoking was strictly prohibited. Then the service was poor: sour and uninterested waiters, not even a smile. The pizzas were acceptable, nothing special...there's definitely better. Awful experience...

26/04/2026: April 25, 2026, booked at this educational farm located near Lizzano and adjacent to the famous DUE PALME winery. Plenty of space, a swimming pool, a children's playground, a huge soccer field (or other field), and a designated area for those who want to prepare their own meals or have a picnic, with benches and tables under the olive trees, therefore in the shade, and a series of stations for grilling meat or other dishes. I think there are two options: have everything prepared by the restaurant and they'll let you know when it's ready and you have to go and pick it up, or you can make your own, but obviously buy everything you need from them—sausage, chicken livers, bombette, and more, including drinks—meaning it seems like you can't bring anything from home. We ate inside, a rustic restaurant with wooden tables and chairs. The set menu included a fairly varied and plentiful appetizer, everything was good, followed by a first and second course of meat. They use lemon extensively, for those who like it, creating some unique dishes. As mentioned, the Masseria is attached, adjacent to the Due Palme winery, so we expected a wider selection of wines for those who wanted to go beyond the set menu, but that's not the case, even if the few they did have were still appreciated.

17/05/2026: To call it a terrible experience is an understatement. Starting with the inaccessible smartphone menu, we ended up paying €10.30 for a simple crepe with Nutella—nothing special, you can find better at the kiosks around—and a small bottle of water. It was as if it were gold.
