21/03/2026: Lunch organized and booked at the last minute, family welcome, food exceeding our wildest expectations from the appetizers to the first and second courses...an experience definitely worth repeating!!!

14/03/2026: Five stars are too few. The place is quiet, the food isn't the best, but it's more than that. Dishes are prepared with attention to detail, and you eat a lot and well. Not to mention the service. The staff are very kind, friendly, and very professional. If you're in the area, it's a must. I'll definitely be back.

29/03/2026: Well done, very well done. A meat restaurant unlike any I've ever seen. Don't confuse them with a grill restaurant, because they're an excellent restaurant with meat dishes. The wine list is EXEMPLARY (according to the sommelier). The owner manages the dining room courteously and professionally; nothing is left to chance. Truly complete professionals. Many compliments to them. Reservations recommended.

We chose a grilled meat for two, which far exceeded our expectations: excellent quality, perfectly cooked, and authentic flavors. Attentive service and a pleasant atmosphere. An experience worth repeating. Don't miss the fruit gelato served in a refined caramel basket.

02/01/2026: It's not the first time, not surprisingly, dishes that amaze the palate, smell, and taste buds. Everything is impeccable. I have a small complaint: the place isn't well heated. I recommend a stove with a fire; it would add a touch of warmth and make the space more welcoming. In the bathroom, turning on the existing radiator would be enough.

10/04/2026: We celebrated our son's baptism and it was a PERFECT party... stunning venue, sublime food, and a magical atmosphere... the staff was attentive to every little request, leaving nothing to chance!!! All our guests were amazed and delighted! I highly recommend it and can't find a single flaw!

28/03/2026: A fantastic experience at Sale e Pepe! The food is truly delicious: every dish is meticulously crafted, from the presentation to the flavors, which are truly overwhelming. The staff is extremely welcoming, always attentive and helpful. Special praise goes to the manager and the waiters, who make you feel immediately at ease and pampered throughout the dinner. The desserts are unique and spectacular, the perfect finale to an already excellent meal. You can sense great passion and quality in every course. Highly recommended, definitely one of the best restaurants for a wonderful experience!

10/04/2026: A disappointing restaurant of truly low quality, with our fish dishes dry and missing key ingredients, and no bread served. The wine we selected was unavailable, and we were advised to double the price. The service was non-existent. This place is not worth a visit, and not recommended due to the poor quality of the food we received.

10/04/2026: I had booked Bacaro & Zio for my birthday based on the reviews. Sadly, this restaurant disappointed in every aspect except one. The service was inattentive and disengaged throughout my whole birthday dinner with the gratuity bread not given to us and we had to ask for the basics (salt and pepper) with eyes being rolled at our request. In terms of the food, the highlight was the homemade French fries which were perfectly salted and delicious. My salmon was overcooked and dry and wasn’t served with lemon (and this was obvious when the lady next to me received massive lemon wedges). Dessert became the incredible gelato a short 3minute walk away. Thankfully we decided to celebrate my birthday the following night and the restaurant (also booked on The Fork) was incredible and received a 10/10.

15/09/2025: Excellent food, large portions, and a wide selection! We grabbed a quick lunch, being passing through, and were very satisfied.

27/08/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance during our vacation in Manfredonia and it was a pleasant discovery: great prices and good food. I absolutely recommend the meatballs. We also had the baked pasta and lasagna and were completely satisfied. When we return to Manfredonia, we'll definitely stop by again for takeout.

This wasn't our first experience with them: three years ago, we chose this splendid venue for Domenico's 18th birthday, and we were equally delighted. Returning was a natural choice... and once again, they exceeded all expectations! The organization was impeccable, with meticulous attention to every detail. The elegant and welcoming atmosphere provided the perfect backdrop for a special evening, while the service stood out for its professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness to each guest. A special thanks goes to the director and all the staff, always available and smiling, who expertly coordinated every moment of the event, making it truly perfect. 23/03/2026: Excellent menu, fast service. All-you-can-eat appetizers, two first courses, a roast meat main course, and fried shrimp and calamari, always centerpieces. Coffee and liqueur for a total of €30 (fixed price). There's also a €25 menu if you're easily full. The only drawback is that you have to book a month in advance. Definitely worth rebooking.

22/03/2026: A simply shameful experience. We booked the day before, everything was confirmed, and we were even asked to let them know in case of a delay. That same day, to be fair, we called to report a slight delay... and right there, the first absurdity occurred: our reservation "isn't recorded," but they still told us to go ahead and relax because they were expecting us. Too bad, after traveling for miles (we came from far away on purpose), we arrived at the address and the restaurant DOESN'T EXIST. No sign, no premises, just closed doors. Total nothingness. We called them back and, as if it were the most normal thing in the world, they told us they'd had "problems" and that the restaurant was closed, perhaps reopening in the afternoon. But should they let them know in advance? Avoid bringing people from far away for nothing? At least update Google? Clearly too difficult. A complete mockery from start to finish. Non-existent organization and a total lack of respect for their customers. Absolutely not recommended: avoid wasting time like we did
