20/03/2024: I already knew SushiMaki from having gone there a couple of times. However, I hadn't been there for a few years so I took advantage of the opening in the new location to return. The place is very nice and maintains the style of the prexma one with a larger environment and I think also a few more tables. The setting is like if the previous one had remained, that would be a very positive thing for me. You choose from a classic menu and then the order is made using a tablet, which is also familiar to those who have had the chance to go to Japan and other Southeast Asian countries. The choice is definitely wide, but we already had an idea of ​​what we wanted to eat. We had a mixed tempura and then the ramen. The tempura is excellent and, respecting Japanese tradition, it is really light. The ramen is good, with a fair number of ingredients inside including the egg. The taste was not very intense, I think it was slightly more suited to local palates, but it is certainly a pleasant dish. We also tried the desserts, the mochi and an ice cream which we appreciated. What differentiates SushiMaki from other places? Definitely the owners and the staff in general: all very kind and ready to help you if you are new to Japanese cuisine. Another strong point is the quality of the raw materials, certainly of a high level. Then there is a factor that many other places don't have: the owner's wife, who also works in the place, is Japanese and you can hardly find a person who knows Japanese cuisine better than her. One final clarification: this is not an all-you-can-eat restaurant, also because there are no Japanese restaurants that are all-you-can-eat, and this is further confirmation that we are dealing with a real Japanese restaurant.

06/04/2024: Food not so superior to other places, slow service. Large and flashy environment, but too noisy. The restaurant recently expanded its seating and dining room, however the staff doesn't seem to keep up.

31/03/2024: I wanted to celebrate my Easter in this boutique. Five stars are not enough, the level of Japanese gastronomy is very high and is recommended more for a gourmet and not... We actually ate some sushi which I would define as "THE Original". The location is perfect, the location is strategic, the food is excellent, the service is impeccable, there are all the ingredients to do well and to continually improve. I recommend it and I think we'll meet again soon. Thanks for everything and good luck to you. I leave some photos for my presence.

31/03/2024: Ieri ci siamo imbattuti in una spiacevole situazione. Una portata è stata servita con semi di zucca che noi ritenevamo commestibile, tale da farli mangiare a una bambina di 2 anni. In realtà lo era se non fosse che la responsabile di sala, ci ha comunicato che questi semi erano di abbellimento e utilizzati in diverse portate tra i vari tavoli. In quel momento cala il gelo sulle condizioni igieniche non cui vengono serviti i piatti. Mi aspettavo un trattamento e una cura igienica superiore per lo standard che vanta di avere. Nel complesso cibo di qualità ottima ma sicuramente non ci ritorneremo.

26/03/2024: Dalle stelle alle stalle è un’attimo! !!! Mancavo da 3 anni e purtroppo ho trovato una brutta sorpresa, la qualità è crollata davvero ed ho pagato anche troppo, davvero tanto !!! Premetto che amo il salmone e non ho mai mangiato uno così brutto ( spero davvero sia capitato solo quel giorno ) brutto il colore e molto grasso di qualità, le portate di anni fa sono davvero solo un bellissimo ricordo. Peccato davvero non credo ci tornerò più . Ps. Non condivido cenare e pagare con il perché in un locale con musica a palla che non permette di poter parlare al tavolo senza gridare, la cena dovrebbe essere un piacere e non uno stress !!!

07/03/2024: Sunday with family, wonderful experience! Finally a restaurant that stands out, both in the quality and variety of the menu. The ingredients are certainly up to par, the sushi is excellent as are the hot dishes. Minus the prawn tempura, definitely not up to par, maybe just a bad day!?.For the rest, I definitely think of returning and trying the many other a la carte options. I would say the bill is correct in relation to quality/price.

17/02/2024: Very beautiful and elegant place, with sea view during the day, soft atmosphere in the evening. A la carte menu and really good quality uramaki. The only flaw was the service, I was unlucky because an order hadn't been sent, which can happen, but at least in all that time sitting there not eating or drinking with an empty plate in front of me, no one ever stopped by to ask if everything was okay or not. if we needed anything else. However I will return. I recommend it to you

Il menù è ricco e per tutti i gusti, offre carne, pesce e anche sushi per questo è un ottima soluzione anche per le comitive più grandi. Il personale è sempre gentile e cordiale, Roberto, il sushimen, se pur giovanissimo è un mago nel suo campo, anche Marilena e Gianluca sono molto preparati e sempre pronti ad aiutare il cliente nelle scelte. 30/01/2024: Tutto nella media, prezzi sicuramente fuori media, una cassa da 100w al centro della sala, di cattivo gusto. La qualità della materia prima ottima, non è esaltata dalla cucina. Personale gentilissimo e preparato. Purtroppo negli anni parabola discendente.
