Truly excellent food, with attention to every detail, and prompt, attentive service without ever being intrusive. The staff deserves a special mention—kind, helpful, and capable of making you feel at home from the first moment.

A hidden gem in the heart of this village, a true "Michelin" discovery. A pleasant setting, a warm welcome, a concise menu, and a 6 or 8-course tasting menu worthy of the finest establishments. Refined, well-conceived, and flavorful, the dishes are original and expertly prepared, offering cuisine that is both authentic and contemporary. In short, we highly recommend it.

Top restaurant in every way from the owner to the chef to the staff and the place. After years I returned and it has improved even more. It's a shame that 5 stars is the maximum otherwise they would have been infinite.

One of the most interesting culinary experiences in southern Salento. Contemporary cuisine, both in flavors and techniques, with a nod to modern European cuisine. With a strong connection between tradition and innovation, it will satisfy all palates seeking different flavors, certainly new to Salento. The selection of ingredients is excellent. The service is impeccable; a perfect balance between discretion and efficiency. The wine selection, however, is decent, lacking any good regional selections; the national labels are good, with just a few hints of France. The quality/price ratio is excellent. Bon appétit!

No, look, let's forget it. An experience to forget, to say the least. A mix of Piedmontese cheeses as an appetizer (but didn't people once eat cheese at the end of a meal in Italy?) and a 10x3x1 cm piece of caramelized pancetta—seriously pricey. All this at a truly outrageous price.
P.S. Oh, I forgot: there wasn't even a hint of Salento flavors.
