No, look, let's forget it. An experience to forget, to say the least. A mix of Piedmontese cheeses as an appetizer (but didn't people once eat cheese at the end of a meal in Italy?) and a 10x3x1 cm piece of caramelized pancetta—seriously pricey. All this at a truly outrageous price. P.S. Oh, I forgot: there wasn't even a hint of Salento flavors.

I think this restaurant is perfect! From the kindness of the owners, to the restaurant's location in the historic center, to the simple yet elegant dishes, carefully crafted pairings, and the drinks, wines, and spirits, all produced in-house. The price is right for the restaurant's offerings.

Always a guarantee... I'm a regular, and it's always a pleasure to eat at Farmacia. I've eaten at several Michelin-starred restaurants, and I have to say the quality here is truly top-notch. The dishes are absolutely amazing (especially the rabbit pappardelle, recently removed from the menu but hopefully soon reintroduced 😉, the beef ribs in a mango reduction and coffee powder, the mushroom ice cream, the breaded egg on pecorino fondue (dishes you could return for every day). The cocktails made with liqueurs produced by the staff are also worth a mention; their Negroni is probably the best I've ever had. The average price is around €50 for a first course, second course, and dessert. One of my favorite places, well done guys.

A place where you feel at home savoring the magic of exquisitely crafted dishes crafted by Roby's talented sister. Excellent service; my boyfriend and I felt pampered from start to finish. The owner was incredibly kind and attentive, as well as a skilled bartender. It's truly worth spending such a special evening! Well done, congratulations! We can't wait to return.

31/03/2026: Let's start with the wait staff and the owners, who were kind, professional, and made us feel right at home. The food was truly delicious and, above all, fresh. I recommend the menu because you can try both the house appetizer and one or two dishes of your choice at a price in line with the quality of the ingredients. It ends with a typical Salento amaro, a full belly, and a big smile. Highly recommended.
