16/03/2024: In front of Piazza Victorio Emmanuelle, the perfect restaurant, 5 minutes walk from the historic district. We enter and immediately we feel good there. Cozy decor. Antonella welcomes us warmly. The cuisine is simply exquisite, simple, tasty. Chef Sergio cooks regional products to highlight them. A pure happiness. A passionate and so friendly couple. I recommend!

13/03/2024: La braceria petracca la frequento ormai da anni e dopo svariati assaggi posso dire che la qualità della carne in questa braceria è la migliore tra quelle provate nel sud Salento. Le bombette artigianali sono il mio piatto preferito in assoluto ma devo dire che anche la Fiorentina assaggiata non era assolutamente male. Ci ritorniamo ogni qualvolta abbiamo la possibilità di essere in zona e non rimaniamo mai delusi. Il proprietario è gentilissimo. Consiglio però di prenotare prima.

22/03/2024: What can I say, I heard about this place from friends who advised me to try it. The staff was immediately available for booking. The place is not bad, it allows you to choose the meat both at the table and as soon as you enter, where you are presented with a nice display of choice of meats which I appreciated. The staff is quite fast, helpful and friendly. Meat is the highlight of the whole evaluation. We tried quite a few things so we could test the quality of the meat on several fronts, and on all fronts we were satisfied. With a really good cut, very good cooking of the meat and a very pleasant taste. I recommend it for anyone near Palo who wants to treat themselves to a bit of meat, at a modest price.

04/09/2023: Locale dall'ambiente abbastanza informale, di fronte alla litoranea di Capilungo. Qualità della carne mangiata e degli antipasti: buona. Discreto anche il servizio. Nota dolente il conto abbastanza salato e non in linea con la politica del locale degli anni addietro. Tenuto presente l'aumento dei costi dell'ultimo periodo il rincaro resta comunque un filino esagerato.

Excellent "paccanelli" constitute an excellent variation to the aforementioned chickens....Small inconvenience is the receptivity which proves to be a limit during peak hours. Telephone booking recommended.

The meat is excellent, the side dishes are equally amazing. Truly unsurpassed baked potatoes and onions.
