13/10/2025: Yesterday we went with the whole Bonny and Family to have lunch in this restaurant, we are really happy to have been there, I think one of the few restaurants where we ate very well, where every dish was a life lesson, perfectly decorated, every combination was perfect, you could feel all the flavours, colour, crunchiness and softness it was a trio that was never missing, the quality of the products was excellent, everyone was very kind from the owners, to the chefs, to the service, living an experience like this teaches you a lot and is priceless, we can only say Thank you and see you soon

03/09/2025: A restaurant in the historic center of town, with a large, well-furnished outdoor area. Friendly staff. Good food, typical of Puglia's cuisine. Unfortunately, I ordered a rare steak, and it arrived very underdone. What a shame. It was already late, and I didn't report the mix-up so they could rectify the oversight. There was a loud concert in the nearby square. It's a shame; the location deserves a very good rating.

01/10/2025: We've been touring Puglia for 10 days, and I can say it's the best restaurant I've ever eaten at. It's a place without a menu, which already gives you a clue as to the type of cuisine you'll find. The service and friendliness are also exquisite. Don't hesitate, go there without hesitation; you won't find a better place.

27/09/2025: Friendly, courteous service is the key to any restaurant. But if you add a touch of Sardinia to the heart of the old town, the magic happens. The Cagliari-Bari couple who run Fortino know how to put their guests at ease, offering both traditional Bari and Sardinian dishes (like malloreddus and culurgiones) as well as pizzas. Based on our experience, I can't recommend this place highly enough, even if you're looking for something a little different.

30/08/2025: Great experience! We arrived when it was pouring with rain, and with excellent organization, they moved us inside. We sat down, and after less than 10 minutes, the waitress came and took our order. They were all pizzas. They all arrived after 10-15 minutes. What can I say? Excellent pizzas, light and easy to digest. The staff was courteous, helpful, and quick. If I ever come to Manduria again, I'll be happy to return. Everything was perfect! 💯🔝

10/10/2025: I'll start by saying that I live in Bali and when I return to Italy I look for the flavors of home and I'm very picky. I travel around Italy from north to south, including the islands. I've been in Puglia for a few days and, in the company of a friend, I visited Corte degli Ulivi. I met Rocco, the owner, who welcomed me with an impromptu aperitif, based on my request, of prosecco and amazing fried foods! From there, I should have known that the dinner would exceed my expectations. But Rocco and the staff knew how to surprise me! They served me a plate of raw fish worthy of a bow, accompanied by a prestigious wine and then surprised me with a dessert I was unfamiliar with called "spumone"! Believe me, it was a dinner worthy of an A+. The service, location, courtesy, professionalism were the backdrop to this perfectly plated and excellent quality food. You're wondering how much it cost? Incredible value for money. If there were more stars to give this review, they would never be enough! I thank Rocco for giving me this magnificent experience.
