The service was courteous, and the wait times were reasonable, contributing to an overall pleasant experience. Regarding the food, we had pizzas: the dough was very good, light and fluffy. However, I did notice a small flaw: my vegetarian pizza with baked potatoes was a bit too seasoned with oregano, which masked the flavors of the other ingredients. Overall, I recommend this place for a quiet and tasty evening, with a little extra attention to the amount of toppings.

19/10/2025: I've been coming to this place for years, but I'll never tire of it because, being the brainchild of two young and brilliant minds, there's always something delightfully new to discover! A rich menu with several great options to please everyone. Not to mention the off-menu burgers, which are always a pleasant surprise! Beyond the burgers, you can also enjoy excellent pizza, one that (in my opinion) is unmatched within a radius of several kilometers. Meticulously selected beers, Coca-Cola served strictly in a glass, and many other thoughtful touches that make all the difference! The establishment is comfortable, also boasting a splendid outdoor space. Young but experienced staff; attentive to customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Great work! Keep it up!

I was particularly impressed by the attention to intolerances and allergies, and by the fact that they served several types of warm gluten-free bread. The meat (sliced ​​heifer steak) was good, but I hope to return and try other cuts. The vegetable side dish was generous and tasty. The prices aren't cheap, but I'd say they're adequate for the culinary selection and the staff's expertise.

20/09/2025: Located in an old charming palazzo in the historic centre of Manduria, the restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor dining, the latter with tables on the sidewalk of the old piazza - nice, but subject to the traffic noise that at times can be annoying. The food was excellent, we enjoyed our pasta dishes (orecchiette con melanzane e cacioricotta, and spaghetti alle vongole) and the trancio di spada alla brace that we both chose, fresh and well prepared. With shared appetiser of bruschette tradizionali, a bottle of white wine (Alice, from local verdeca grapes), water, coffee, and limoncello, the bill for the two of us was €85. Service was cordial and efficient. The overall ambiance was pleasant and welcoming, perhaps the music played in the indoor pizzeria/bar area was a little too loud and "overflowed" into the outside dining area. If you park the the blue lines section and use one of the APP services like EasyPark, be aware that the "parking spot number" that may be asked for is indicated in a little tag attached to the curb along the individual parking spot. We had a pleasant evening, and will be back.

20/09/2025: Good quality restaurant, wines at very reasonable prices. When booking, be sure to specify "table in the interior courtyard" to avoid being on the terrace which is on the Place Garibaldi side: lots of noise and cars 😱

The place is really cute and welcoming, but what struck us most was the staff: kind, helpful, and super attentive. We felt pampered from start to finish. The meat? Delicious, truly high-quality! The prices are reasonable; in fact, I'd say they're fair for what they offer. We came here thanks to word of mouth from friends, and now I understand why they'd raved so much about it. 29/08/2025: I'll start by saying that this was my first time at this place, which is very spacious and during the week, and I must say it was quite crowded. After all the food I've had, I honestly expected better. The food overall was good; the idea of ​​cooking the meat right at the table is nice, but the appetizers and mixed grill were average; I didn't find anything exceptional. I wouldn't go back if I had to go specifically to try excellent meat; not because it wasn't good, but because I've had better.
