06/08/2025: Abbiamo cenato alla Salandra poche sere fa ed è stata una esperienza culinaria eccellente. Piatti tipici salentini, tutto prodotto in casa compresi i pomodori, i fichi della crostata. Gli antipasti buonissimi. Io ho provato la pasta con cime di rapa e vongole, spettacolare. Poi polpo fritto, frittura di paranza freschissima. E per finire i dolci come la torta al pistacchio e la crostata di fichi. Il locale è accogliente e il servizio familiare ed attento. Prezzi super giusti per la qualità del cibo: in 4 abbiamo speso €120. Amari offerti dalla casa. Consigliatissimo.

14/08/2025: I've never had a better pizza. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the cooking and dough are excellent. The atmosphere is spotless. The service is impeccable, and the kindness and professionalism of the pizza chef and all the staff are the order of the day. Highly recommended!

14/08/2025: Incredible pizza, the best Neapolitan pizza I've ever had. The dough is remarkable: light, crispy, and easy to digest. You can choose from a variety of doughs: grains, burnt wheat, whole wheat, and mixed, and you can choose a higher or lower crust. The options range from classic to vegan (a round of applause), to gourmet options for special toppings, all while respecting the local ingredients. Everything was perfect, and the prices were fair. The dough is truly exceptional. Highly recommended.

Proposta gastronomica con vasto assortimento di antipasti, pizze, primi, secondi ed eccellente carta di carni e carpacci. Buona carta vini. Ottima la qualità, servizio pronto e cortese. 02/07/2025: Locale carino, personale di sala e proprietari molto gentili ed accoglienti. Abbiamo iniziato la cena con degli ottimi arrosticini di falda, mentre gli arrosticini di picanha sono risultati più duretti. Buone le pizze con varie farciture, ed ottimo il ciccio. Il ristorante offre la possibilità di assaggiare vari tipi di carni, buone. Ottimo anche il carpaccio misto di carni. Questo locale è un'ottima soluzione per chi vuole mangiare pizza o carne. Complimenti ai proprietari ed alla signorina Martina che ci ha veramente trattato come dei familiari. Prezzi ottimi, materie prime anche.
