08/11/2025: Less than a month ago... discovered by chance during my seaside stop, in one of the magnificent alleys of the historic center, a restaurant where with courtesy and professionalism I ate above a good restaurant, steamed mussels and stuffed cuttlefish... it had been a long time since I ate at these levels and at a very acceptable price... the only flaw was that the chef did not reveal his secrets to me😅

26/10/2025: A super 4-star for IL FIENILE What a treat you can have with good taste and style! The event I attended was a 60th birthday party, and I'd say it was outside the norm. The birthday girl was bright and lively, and IL FIENILE perfectly showcased her personality. The service was very well organized, the dishes were typically Italian, but presented and combined with gourmet touches. The setting offers space for an evening with entertainment... the courtyard at the entrance is equally stunning, all in beautiful GALATINA!

10/02/2026: We stopped by this evening for takeaway pizzas. The servers were super friendly and welcoming; they offered us coffee. The service was truly excellent, and of course, the pizza was really good, with a light and delicious crust that wasn't greasy—just the way I like it. I wish the Brunda team all the best. We're continuing our journey to France!

Chef Maurizio Raselli captures everything he is in his cuisine: a gentle and pure soul. A true journey of the senses, at 3 Rane. Highly recommended.

04/11/2025: Excellent panzerotti made to order, sometimes with a long wait as customers patiently wait in the street for their panzerotti to be prepared. They are incredibly fresh, fried with a generous and very rich filling. All this for a very reasonable price: between €4 and €5 depending on the filling. A must-try unless you're allergic to fried food!

01/11/2025: Pizza Do.c surprised me. There were six of us and it was full, so we had to reserve for 10:00 PM. Service: super fast, we ordered, and within 10 minutes, they were ready for everyone, even though the place was packed. Food: excellent, I chose the special pizza doc and it was a pleasant discovery of flavors, and the truffle shavings were a real treat. Location: few tables, small and cozy. I would avoid strollers or anything else because there's little space between tables. Conclusion: the quality of the pizza combined with the super fast service resulted in a pleasant evening with no downtime, and despite the hour, we left before midnight, which was a real treat. Of course, book a week in advance. Definitely worth returning for.

19/03/2026: A fantastic, well-kept place with a truly pleasant atmosphere, perfect for a more relaxed evening, perhaps accompanied by a good glass of wine. The pizza is fabulous, among the best in Martina Franca: light dough, top-quality ingredients, and truly successful pairings. The pizza tasting is also highly recommended, ideal for trying multiple flavors and enjoying a complete experience. If you want to play it safe and eat a top-quality pizza, this is the place to go.
