15/01/2026: Excellent selection of beers...many types for evenings with friends, good food and a comfortable atmosphere.

30/12/2025: Beers are good, staff nice unfortunately the guy behind the bar maybe the owner, was rude maybe because it was a busy night. Cocktail overpriced considering we're not in Milan or London. I wouldn't go back if ever visit the city again considering Lecce is full of lovely bars and restaurants.

13/04/2026: What can I say?! After years of enjoying Flanch, preferring it to many others in the mall, I have to change my mind. We'd just left, after lunch, and wanted to write a review. Disappointed... very disappointed by the behavior of a glasses-wearing employee at the cash register. It was me, my husband, and my daughter. While we were eating, I tried a little side dish, baked potatoes and boiled peas. Since they said it was "unlimited side dishes," when it ran out, we'd go ask for more. This happened a maximum of two-thirds of the time, also because the plate used is a small dessert plate. At one point, my daughter went to ask for more baked potatoes when an annoyed employee told her it would be the last time she'd serve the side dish since everyone at the table was enjoying it. SO...LET ME UNDERSTAND...MY HUSBAND ORDERED THE MAIN COURSE WITH THE "UNLIMITED SIDE", MY DAUGHTER AND I ASKED TO EAT SOME.... and, a maximum of 2 or 3 times, we asked for more potatoes.... SO....IT'S NOT UNLIMITED. OBVIOUSLY....WE WILL NEVER COME AGAIN. Too bad...an experience not to be repeated. And then, the owners complain, they're closing down! It's normal....if you treat your customers like that.
