17/02/2026: A typical Pugliese restaurant where you can try traditional dishes. They start with a huge antipasto that will leave you completely satisfied and finish with different types of meat or fried fish.

09/02/2026: I dined at this restaurant, and as soon as we entered, the air was completely trashed. They sat us at a very cramped table, without adding an extra one, and instead packed us in close together. I was seated next to the entrance door due to the cramped space they'd placed us in, and as a result, I was exposed to the cold air from outside every time the door was opened slightly. The waiter, very rudely, began complaining about my criticisms and put a shutter in front of me, embarrassing me and not solving the problem. As for the service and atmosphere, I can only give a very low review. As for the food, the restaurant offers a fixed menu, selecting dishes for customers based on whether or not they eat a certain food item, which is appreciated. However, qualitatively, the food was generally good, though many dishes were lacking, either oily or cold, or in some cases of poor quality (like the canned tuna in pettole). The meat was good, but unfortunately, some pieces arrived completely raw (they couldn't be rare because the waiter had expressly stated that all meat had to be well done). However, I'll conclude by saying that what really disappointed me was the rudeness with which we were treated, especially my friend I mentioned earlier.

22/02/2026: Despite the information, they're also open here on Sundays in mid-February. The €1.20 peronú is a cut above the rest. There are queues, but they're handled efficiently. The bar is very well-stocked. There's also a snack menu. Next door, guys sell seafood on plastic plates. Oysters for €10, sea urchins for €15, and mixed shrimp for €20. A lemon wedge and a roll are also included. I asked for a tasting menu of one, and they managed to get it for €10. People come here to chill, eat, and simply enjoy the brewery. Dolce vita at its finest. I recommend it!

14/12/2025: The restaurant is located on the outskirts of Bari, in a quiet area where parking is relatively easy. The appetizers are fresh and well-prepared, as are the desserts, which are definitely worth a try. The location is clean and spacious, with both indoor and outdoor tables. The staff is courteous and fast. Overall, a positive experience. December 2025. I highly recommend it.

19/10/2025: We are staying not far from Donna Maria and were looking for something nice for dinner. We found just what we were looking for. The bread seems to be a house made loaf which is a pleasant change from some who just drop some rando bread in a basket on the table. This bread is good quality. We began with beef carppacio which was delicious, especially the olive paste which provided a natural salty component. My wife had gnocchi with lamb ragu and I enjoyed the mezzi ziti with a rich beef sauce. Both just wonderful dishes. Especially with Negroamaro to pair with. We finished with a Crema di ricotta pugliese dessert that's a regional favorite. It was a wonderful meal and the staff were professional and friendly.

The restaurant is tastefully decorated in a modern, designer style, creating an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere. The cuisine focuses primarily on seafood and stands out for the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The dishes are carefully prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with an excellent balance between tradition and creativity. The service is professional and attentive, always available without being intrusive. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. Highly recommended for a special dinner or for those who love good seafood in a charming location.

19/03/2026: A very refined and elegant setting, in a strategic and charming location in Brindisi. We stayed in Brindisi last September for 7 days, 4 of which we had lunch at Marea. Finding a place where you can eat well, receive a warm welcome, and adapt to the needs of a weaning baby (both food preparation and meal management) is no small feat. One day, we were a little late for lunch and called to ask if they could please help with the preparation of our son's food, and the kitchen immediately responded with extreme kindness and availability to our request! Not everyone does this! A special thanks to Erika, who is always present in the dining room, but discreetly and never intrusive. She pays attention to every detail and displays exceptional warmth and kindness! Thank you so much! We certainly hope to return to Brindisi and Marea soon!

29/12/2025: After searching extensively for a seafood restaurant in the coastal area, we stumbled upon this restaurant in an inland village, and it was a perfect find. The atmosphere is elegant, a blend of sophistication and simplicity. The food is top-quality and generous, and the ladies who run it are always present and never intrusive. They serve quickly and accurately, explaining the dishes thoroughly. The tempura cod and grilled tuna are unforgettable. The prices are all in all, even reasonable, for what you get. It's a shame I can only give it 5 stars. We'll definitely be back.

07/03/2026: During the evening, a waiter accidentally dropped a bowl of red sauce, splashing it all over our table, both our clothes and our skin. It happens, and no one wants to blame this waiter, but there were two waitresses across from our table who stared at the scene and laughed. In addition to this waiter and the two waitresses who saw the scene, there were three other staff members in the dining room, and no one, and I mean NO ONE, approached our table to ask if everything was okay. My wife immediately asked for stain remover, and no one came near. After repeatedly asking for help, especially because one of the guests at the table had a white shirt completely stained with sauce, someone finally came over. A waitress wearing a black helmet then arrived and apologized for what had happened, but then immediately said, "Only those who don't work never make mistakes." The whole thing ended with the owner intervening, offering a discount on the bill. There's nothing to complain about on this last point, but in such an important and renowned restaurant in our area, such behavior from the waiters who witnessed the scene and instead of intervening decided to laugh it off is unacceptable (I'm talking about the two waitresses standing motionless in front of our table). And it's unacceptable for a waitress (with all due respect to the profession) to respond to the customer thinking he couldn't hear. The quality of the products is unquestionable, but service always makes the difference. Credit goes to the waiter who caused the damage, who was mortified, but he really had nothing to do with it, because yes, it's human to make mistakes, but it's not human to ignore certain situations. I would advise the owner to think about this as well as the turnover.

01/03/2026: We visited Tradizione Braceria and had a truly positive experience. The quality of the meat is excellent, and you can immediately sense the care taken in selecting the ingredients, with truly tasty specialties and premium cuts that satisfy even the most discerning palates. The cooking was perfect and the flavor authentic. The service was impeccable; the staff were welcoming, professional, and always attentive without being intrusive. We felt at ease. The attention to accessibility was also greatly appreciated, with an elevator that allows access for people with disabilities. The only small drawback was that the dining room downstairs was a bit too noisy, probably due to the chaos of Saturday night. At times, it was difficult to communicate comfortably, even when facing each other. Otherwise, an excellent experience in every way. We'll definitely be back!

13/03/2026: We had booked a table for two at 2:30 PM. When we arrived right on time, they told us we couldn't sit down and we'd have to wait half an hour. After an hour, our table was still unavailable, so we went home. Terrible service.
