09/01/2025: An excellent place for a lunch or evening break, the only factor that has always bothered me is the lack of a numerical board to manage the queue of customers in a responsible, polite and concrete manner. During the busiest hours it is a jungle both due to the lack of customer education and the lack of interest from the staff. Unfortunately it is not nice to live with these dynamics that persist!!!!

27/01/2025: Staff seem like they hate their job. One time I went there to try to order a discounted meal through the app. Immediately declined my order and shooed me away without elaboration. I now feel lucky that I used the "pay at counter" option, could've lost a good €10. Great scam 👍

22/01/2025: at the checkout they told me that medium chicken popcorn costing €4.20 was 20 pieces, but I received a tiny box of 15 pieces, I complained at the checkout and they added another 5 pieces. Guys, count the pieces because very often they give you less than you should

02/01/2025: Wide choice of local and non-local meats, wide variety of bombette dishes including capocollo ones. Unmissable baked potatoes. Baked onions equally unmissable. Final entree and biscuits offered by the restaurant. Great selection of wines. To try several times in your life.

12/01/2025: What can I say? Very nice and private location. Excellent quality of the meat as well as the cooking they themselves suggested. Friendly and helpful staff. Price in line with the level of the ristobistro. I will definitely return.

Beautiful experience that we recommend and will certainly repeat, despite the 75km that separate us from it. Kudos to the owner who created all this.

24/11/2024: La ubicación y el restaurante es precioso. Un ambiente encantador para cenar bien. La presentación de los platos fue creativa y atractiva. Como somos de habla inglesa nos dieron el apoyo de otro camarero a veces para ayudar con nuestros pedidos. Algunos de los platos eran bastante encantadores, pero varios eran bastante soso. Tuve el pulpo que definitivamente no recomendaría. La calificación que estoy dando se debe a que una vez servidos los platos nuestro servicio terminó. Pedir otra botella de vino y expresos no ocurrió y supongo que una oportunidad perdida para el restaurante. Estábamos esperando que se sirvieran 3 postres durante este tiempo.

10/01/2025: We really enjoyed our dinner here. Very quirky spot with delicious Roman pastas. We had the cacio e Pepe and saltimbocca. All delicious, would have gone back if we had more time in Lecce.

10/01/2025: Magnificent. From the moment we walked in, the female owner was very warm and friendly and spoke very good English. The waiting staff were also efficient and friendly. We were there at 730 and served very quickly. Ordered cacio e pepe and the gnocchi... aswell as the roman artichoke. best pasta I've had in my life. We will be going back to Australia talking about this meal.

Good selection of wines also available.Nice background music makes Cardinal a can’t miss option. Very reasonable prices as well. Highly recommended.

05/01/2025: Questo ristorantino è davvero accogliente e si trova in posizione strategica nel centro storico di Locorotondo. Il personale gentilissimo ci ha accolti con una mini frisella e un flûte di spumante di benvenuto. Per pranzo, ho provato la vellutata di zucca, il carpaccio di manzo e dei ravioli (mi sfugge il nome corretto) ripieni di melanzana e provola affumicata su letto di salsiccia e funghi. Tutto strepitoso, la qualità della materia prima è eccellente (e anche del vino Susumaniello che ci hanno servito). Se proprio dovessi fare un appunto all’intera esperienza, direi che il raviolo era “troppo” al dente (gusto personale)! Ci tornerò sicuramente!

06/01/2025: Non ero mai stato nonostante tanti inviti ricevuti in precedenza . Luogo bellissimo. Pulizia, cortesia del personale e materie prime adeguate all'ambiente e di qualità . Prezzo giusto anzi, anche poco per il livello e rispetto alle pseudo masserie che sono in giro. Ci tornerò . Per i bambini è il massimo.
