We had lunch at this place after discovering it completely by chance. Very refined restaurant with impeccable attention to detail: starting from the furnishings, passing through the menu and concluding with the service. Everything exceptional. A special thank you to the girl who served us, Erika, who was very professional and polite, also giving us the right advice on the culinary path to follow. The cellar and the choice of some spirits are the extra touch! I recommend bumbu rum straight from South America.

Finally something new! I regret it and regret having neglected this restaurant by not coming to eat there before a couple of lunches by return post in recent times. First of all, the location is wonderful, with an exceptional view of the internal port of Brindisi within an elegant and refined outdoor area. The attention to detail can be seen everywhere: furnishings, tablecloths, education and good taste of the dining room staff. Consequently truly excellent service. But the real "main course", as is right but not so obvious, are the dishes: the menu is fresh and truly innovative; objectively unique in the Brindisi restaurant scene. I highly recommend the risotto with coconut milk and sea urchin pulp and the troccolo with potatoes, burnt onion, parmesan and black truffle spheres (in the photo). Demonstrating the goodness of both seafood and land dishes. The fried calamari is spectacular in its texture and color. Even the sorbet in its variant is a delight. Prices are high but it's fair to pay a little more than average to leave feeling full and satisfied! Sincere compliments to the staff!

Excellent cuisine in a fantastic location

A window on the beautiful port of Brindisi, elegant, welcoming and excellent quality food. Each dish is embellished with an elegant plating and a complete presentation given by the very kind waiters during service. Desserts are the right ending to the meal.

We were guests at this restaurant for a wedding. We ate excellent raw fish followed by other delicious courses served impeccably by attentive and kind staff who responded to the guests' every need. The location facing the sea is spectacular

Io e mia moglie abbiamo scelto questo ristorante quale location per il nostro matrimonio. Non avevamo alcun dubbio sull'ambiente e sul panorama mozzafiato che i nostri ospiti hanno potuto apprezzare, ma ciò che ci ha stupiti davvero sono stati la qualità del cibo, tutto freschissimo e preparato alla perfezione, e la professionalità dello staff che ci ha accompagnato dall'inizio alla fine della cerimonia. Ringraziamo voi tutti per aver contribuito a rendere perfetto un giorno per noi così speciale. Lo consigliamo vivamente.
