22/02/2025: A FE-NO-ME-NA-LE tripe!!! The boys had the classic lampredotto sandwich, which my son-in-law, a Tuscan from Prato, really liked. Excellent choice of wines, many even outside the classic range. To return.

25/05/2025: La bettola is one of those places dear to me. Located in the center of Specchia, a magical place, it is a certainty. The host is an exquisite person, and every time we dine there, he never misses a beat. Extraordinary meats, a point of reference for the area and beyond. In my opinion, I would easily put it on the podium of the taverns/restaurants in Italy that have meat as their strong point. Top. Absolutely worth the trip. Like very popular places, the experience is undoubtedly better on days when there is no overcrowding. But it still remains a certainty, solid as a rock.

02/05/2025: Non andavo in questa trattoria da almeno 20 anni. Ho voluto riprovare. Antipasto carissimo e cibo un po' rccoglitoccio dal costo esorbitante. 3 tagliate di carne e un oerecchiette Costo 175 € Ma per favore...

21/05/2025: We went for lunch after visiting the beautiful city. Small place, but very nice and welcoming. Clean and tidy environment, you feel at home. Kind, friendly and professional staff, very attentive to customer needs. Excellent quality food, fresh fish, well done. Varied and inviting menu. Excellent value for money. Recommended

16/05/2025: Great food! Has no menu and plastic plates, so don't expect fine dineing, but boy is it worth stopping here! Has mixed entries of the day + a second course of your choosing. The mixed entries where all fresh, tasteful and delicious, we then had a mixed fried fish platter (excellent fry) and octopus. Completed the dinner with fresh fruit. Wine and amari included, the bill was just 23€ each!

09/06/2025: evening in the center of Gallipoli, walking around the historic center, we chose among all the restaurants the RosiNella trattoria.. family-run.. but I noticed that the quantity price is a little higher than average.. given that we are in a seaside location and paying a shrimp 6 euros x 4 in my opinion a little out.. and as for the seafood salad.. it was more of a small octopus salad 🐙.

26/05/2025: We had a fantastic dinner at this typical Alberobello restaurant! We were greeted by warm service and were lucky enough to sit right across from chef Lucia, who was preparing various traditional fresh pasta dishes right before our eyes. And we got to try and make some with her! 💚🤍❤️ The menu only had a few dishes, but they were all excellent! It was perfect. The warm setting, the extremely friendly staff, and the excellent food. I highly recommend this place!
