Beautiful location amidst historic buildings, you can also dine outside, very charming. The house appetizers are a roundup of Puglia with an explosion of flavors. First courses are superb, desserts are delicious! Compliments for the service and customer care.

Everything excellent, discovered by chance

This restaurant takes you on a culinary journey through Italy. While other restaurants are very touristy, Nausikaa has a menu with delicious Italian dishes. Every dish is flavorful and the meat is melt-in-your-mouth tender. The staff are happy to help with the wine selection. A lovely place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city center. We returned here several times during our vacation. Highly recommended!

Eating at this restaurant always feels like a journey. Whenever I'm in the area, I always return to Nausikaa. The ingredients are always excellent, and the dishes vary with the seasons. The wine list is excellent, and the staff is exceptional.

Beautiful restaurant with amazing service, we enjoyed the food. We had taglioni with guanciale and the bombettes.

Beautiful atmosphere and attentive service. Appetizers excellent, fava with chicory and beef tartare. Excellent wine selection. Bread lackluster. Gnocchi excellent flavor, but swimming in sauce. Lemon tagliolini was missing the lemon, overwhelming fish flavor. Learned from others there was a pasta of the day and it looked great, but we weren’t told about this option. 105 for lunch missed the mark for quality.

In the historic center of Martina Franca, Nausikaa is one of the many restaurants, trattorias, and roasteries. It's hard to go wrong in the Itria Valley, where the food and service is generally high, if you respect tradition. I tried two first courses, a second course, and an appetizer... the complimentary entree. I found the composition of the dishes spot-on, not overly elaborate, but not banal either. I found the service attentive, with a few flaws. The bill, unfortunately, is what you'd expect these days; if you look at the menu on the website, you can get an idea. For a lunch of around forty euros—not including wine—is easily affordable. Therefore: Service OK. Customer service was good, with entrees offered while you waited, with clear instructions on cooking times. The bill, in my opinion, is a little high, but you're definitely satisfied.
