Tre Archi Restaurant in Altamura: a wonderful experience. A truly beautiful and welcoming place, with friendly staff and attentive service. The dishes are excellent, carefully prepared and rich in flavor, with a quality evident in every course. Kudos to the entire staff for their professionalism and helpfulness: a place I would gladly return to.

We visited Tre Archi on Liberation Day, and despite the expected crowds, the experience was impeccable. I'd first like to highlight the staff: despite the crowds for special occasions, the service was attentive, quick, and always courteous. The kitchen produced excellent dishes: perfect fried foods (crispy and not at all greasy) and truly tasty and well-seasoned first courses that tasted of tradition. The location certainly makes a difference: the restaurant is nestled in a cool, fragrant grove, a true green lung that makes lunch even more pleasant and relaxing. Finally, a special mention for the bill, which was absolutely reasonable and very fair, considering the high quality of the food and the relaxing atmosphere of the day. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended! P.S. To the owner: Special thanks to the staff who looked after us (4 adults, 2 children, and a baby) at table 7; their professionalism really made a difference on such a busy day.

Elegant and welcoming place, typical dishes and impeccable service

All the dishes were very good and tasty. Impeccable service and friendly staff. It was very busy on a Sunday lunch, but that didn't stop them from maintaining the high quality.

The restaurant is beautiful and the food is an explosion of flavor. If you close your eyes, you feel like you're tasting the flavors of your grandmother's kitchen; if you open them, you'll also experience a modern touch between the plating and the surrounding environment, with unique details that are a delight to the eye. The wine cellar is fantastic and well-stocked. The staff is friendly and professional. Generous portions and excellent value. I'd go back tomorrow. Excellent!
