At that time. Let's start from the assumption that the location is not bad... but.... it is not possible to reach it by car, much less park nearby, you have to travel about 400/500 meters of the ancient village... cured meats ok.. cheeses ok, shame about the onion jam and honey which were in very small quantities! The not exactly free pizza, €22, is nothing special, on the contrary... the first one at €23/24 wasn't bad, but the flavor of the butter stood out too much and that of the truffle less so, lacking a note of freshness, which I highly recommend to the chef to revisit. For the rest reception ok.

Refined environment, excellent quality and excellent service, the only negative note was that the 4 pizzas ordered arrived individually every 5/10 minutes. We had to eat at different times. Next time it will be better to sit individually😜

Nice location,
Clean, tidy, spacious....
We were there for Easter Monday...
Good food... refined and well served...
Typical bread from the area 10+++
Cozy atmosphere...
Only 2 small imperfections, the dessert that I didn't like, and the service, perhaps the particular day, perhaps new guys, but really very very slow and distracted...
However I will return to evaluate everything on another quieter day..

A fantastic lunch, traditional dishes accompanied by special bread. And in the end you can't do without dessert, a wide choice and all delicious. Excellent service, we felt pampered.

Little gem in the heart of Altamura.
Delicious food, great wine list and a very creative serving!
Tagliolino with truffle and fried pepper are pieces of the food art!

the location is absolutely worth visiting! built in an ancient building in the historic center, finely and warmly finished and equipped, it welcomes you with very kind and helpful staff, rooms built on two floors between stone walls and ceiling windows!
The menu is full of local dishes revisited in a modern but absolutely original way! a gem worthy of the local tradition: bread served freshly baked from the wood-fired oven located on the ground floor which welcomes you with its unique aroma!
the quality of every dish tasted was exceptional, the 5-star wine list.
Right portions and....bill appropriate to the experience.

The restaurant is passionate about service and high quality local ingredients cooked amazingly.
We had a brilliant lunch with the owner helping us pick local dishes and a lovely bottle of reasonably priced local wine.
The whole experience including being shown round the restaurants various floors was truly memorable.
We had some great food on our trip to Southern Italy but this was our stand out meal

Grazie all'invito di carissimi amici del posto,siamo stati ai Tre Arch.Locale completamente ristrutturato, con un'atmosfera molto accogliente, la qualità del cibo, l’ampia carta dei vini e la gentilezza e la professionalità del personale di sala e dei titolari poi, hanno reso questa serata indimenticabile.
