The food before New Year's Eve was amazing. Very expensive, but the atmosphere was great. The owner was very friendly and relaxed. New Year's Eve 2025/2026 was okay, but the music was way too loud. You couldn't have a conversation. It was over 115 dB(A). That's unacceptable! The food wasn't good. The fish was completely dry. They just wanted to serve a lot. Dessert arrived quickly, before 11:30 pm. It was disappointing. What a shame. Will we come back? 🧐

We chose Masseria del Sale to celebrate our wedding, and it was simply perfect. The location is wonderful, with meticulous attention to every detail, authentic and evocative, creating a unique and unforgettable atmosphere. But what truly makes this place special is undoubtedly the staff. A special thanks goes to Sabrina, Mattia, and the two Andreas—extraordinary people, always available, present, attentive, and ready to accommodate every need with professionalism and availability. The chef was always ready to accommodate our requests with sublime options. They all accompanied us with discretion and expertise, making us feel at ease and pampered on one of the most important days of our lives. Masseria del Sale is not just a beautiful location, it is a place that stays in your heart thanks to the people who make it unique. Magnificent setting, both inside and out. The food is decent, but nothing exceptional; it lacks flavor. On the other hand, the wine list is quite remarkable.

We returned after a few years and I must say we were pleasantly surprised by the current menu. Relaxing atmosphere, impeccable service, very good food. Very attentive to customer needs. We will definitely be back.
