Visited for Valentine's Day last time but have already been there on other occasions; important place, with attention to detail and elegant. At the reception they gave us the opportunity to sit directly at the table or to have an aperitif in an annex detached from the main room (a much appreciated alternative). Very very attentive, friendly and above all PREPARED service: in serving us an excellent Vulcaia Fumè, the girl reminded us of all the notes we would find (which is not at all obvious).
Courses with careful presentation and delicious in the right quantities; to review the raw seafood, a little poor in relation to the price (personal opinion).
Overall I recommend it 100%, very good.

If you are looking for a place to spend pleasant moments, in absolute relaxation, enjoying refined and refined dishes with products of the highest quality, then this is the ideal place. And what about the wine list.... Fantastic. The service is impeccable, staff trained and not improvised. Everything in its place. Advised.

The quality of the food is excellent, both in terms of flavor and appearance. There are dishes that combine the flavors of the land and those of the sea, revisited and well presented.
The service is also excellent. From the welcome, to the arrangement of the tables and to the courtesy. Perhaps I would have liked more attention to the individual space, with drinks service and more description of the dishes.
The environment is welcoming, well heated. I describe the place as a small "home", where many guests have converged pleasantly.

Sono stata in questo ristorante con degli amici. Tavoli tondi ed eleganti, cibo buonissimo, personale gentile, posto bellissimo e atmosfera rilassante. Non vado pazza per il riso ma ho mangiato il riso più buono che abbia mangiato in vita mia, quello al primitivo. Prezzo sopra la media ma ne vale la pena.

PRANZO DELLA DOMENICA - Io e mia moglie siamo stati a pranzo alla Masseria del Sale per festeggiare un piacevole momento della nostra vita, non potevamo scegliere di meglio
- Location elegante, raffinata e accogliente
- Personale di sala attento, disponibile e altamente professionale
- Menù ricercato, raffinato ed esaltante, uso della materia prima a tratti innovativo nell'impiattamento ma tradizionale nel gusto.

La fermezza è la parola giusta che questi ragazzi hanno nel aver creato una locazione degna di essere vanto dei ristoranti in Puglia ….
Determinati in tutto hanno creato uno staff pieni di sorrisi e professionalità,piatti studiati dal loro chef con apprezzamenti a km 0 !!!!
