Recommended by friends we go for lunch and recommended by the waiter (super kind and professional) we agree to try the tasting menu excellent and super abundant appetizers, two tastings of first course and a second course in the price were also included the dessert (we were unable to eat it because we were too full) bitter and coffee at the price of €50 per person and forgot water and wine in the price ... we will gladly return highly recommended

You will be welcomed by Rosario, a charismatic owner and highly talented chef. The service is fast and extremely attentive to your every need. Refined dishes, excellent raw materials and authentic flavors will accompany you throughout the meal.
Absolutely balanced quality-price ratio. If you haven't been there yet, hurry!!!
11/05/2025: Experience, friendliness, good food and a respectable wine list make this place an absolute point of reference for the province of Capitana. From raw seafood to fried foods, from revisited first courses to a simple but welcoming focaccia, the food will amaze you. You often have many prejudices when you go to Cerignola and I warmly and honestly invite you to visit Rosario to feel the tasty and strong embrace of this land where I always return with pleasure.

26/04/2025: We went there about three times, it never disappointed. Among the typical local dishes is the Tarantino calzone, a sort of half-moon ravioli drowned in tomato sauce with horse and flakes of caciocavallo cheese. They usually make generous first courses in a large pan, regardless of who had booked a tasting they still offer it. Truly super welcome.

Very clean and well-kept rooms!
The whole structure is really beautiful!
The dinner is also delicious!
Breakfast by the pool with their homemade jams was really pleasant!
Antonio, Lucia and all their collaborators are very kind and ready to give advice on places to visit!
The location is strategic for visiting Salento because it is central.
Highly highly highly recommended!

Everything was organized down to the smallest details.
The staff were courteous and quick.
Various fried foods, fresh and tasty.
Super pizzas: digestible dough, 'biscuit' style, very tasty and very fresh products used!!!
I highly recommend this venue.
Furthermore, the owner and his daughter are really kind and professional people♥️.

Lo staff cortese e veloce.
Fritti svariati, freschi e gustosi.
Pizze super: impasto digeribile, stile ‘biscottato’, gustosissime e prodotti utilizzati freschissimi!!!

27/05/2025: Very nice place on two levels where you can eat traditional dishes from Altamura and Puglia revisited properly without major upheavals. The food is divine. In addition, the guys who run the tavern are very nice and I assure you there will be moments of hilarity between one dish and another. Highly recommended!!! N.b. personal advice: try the "santini", or their vegetables in oil served in a jar. A drug!
26/05/2025: Typical, very homely restaurant, forget about crystal glasses, going apein assut is like going to eat at grandma's. Good prices and very friendly staff. Excellent cuisine and wine at will. Impossible to leave this tavern straight away. Not recommended for those looking for a quiet and classy place.
