For years, we have been coming during the summer months solely for the latte di mandorle e caffè macinato con panna montata and delicious pastries. Always friendly service, a fantastic family business. We even knew the father working in the shop, but the children and grandchildren have continued everything. And that is why we keep coming back! Unfortunately, there have been a lot of showers during this period, but we still make the trip every day for our coffee moment and, of course, something tasty to go with it. This place remains our favorite!!!

A very elegant, historic café and pastry shop where I had the best Bocconotto with Cream and Black Cherry in the city, a fragrant, delicate dough with wonderful lemon notes.
The ALMOND COOKIE WITH APRICOT JAM was also very good, very delicate.

A delightful stop in the heart of Martina Franca. Bar Adua will win you over with the quality of its pastries, especially the delicious ricotta and pear buccunotto: a true explosion of flavor. The place is welcoming, and the staff is extremely courteous and attentive, always ready to please.

If you're passing through Martina, Bar Adua is a must-visit, no question! Their ricotta and pear bocconotto is out of this world; I ate it while it was still hot, and it was pure poetry. Excellent coffee, and the staff are super friendly and fast, even when the place is packed. There's that historic bar vibe that makes you feel right at home. Highly recommended for a great start to the day!
