02/11/2025: Exciting, surprising, and curious. You have to be open-minded and willing to try new experiences and discover that eating can also be an adventure! Dining "in the dark" is an opportunity to be pampered while savoring new or familiar flavors, which sometimes you can't distinguish simply because you can't see them. Everything was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the chef was top-notch.

04/11/2025: I've known this place for many years, and I must say they've constantly improved over time. They offer a traditional menu with excellent ingredients, innovative dishes with interesting combinations, and a very beautiful and relaxing location. The owners really make you feel at home, and they pay special attention to their customers. And finally, excellent value for money. Absolutely recommended, a 10 out of 10.

12/10/2025: I pack up my bike and head inside. It's 1:30 PM, there's a lot of people, so the guy who welcomes me places me outside, but in the "most sheltered spot." A small, great touch of kindness. I love eating outside; for me, it's the authentic way to eat, especially in the South, with people passing by, birds singing, the breeze, and a beautiful church in the background. Excellent dish of "maritati" (traditional Italian pasta) with involtini al sugo (rolls with tomato sauce). But then again, when the father is in charge, the son is serving, and the mother is in the kitchen, you can never go wrong! Great selection of wines, which unfortunately I only admired considering the kilometers still to be cycled. Thank you so much; this is the Italy I'm looking for.

02/12/2025: Sunday lunch with a fixed menu. Reservation made through the Casale website, indicating a mushroom allergy, and subsequently confirmed, upon specific request received from the establishment, through their WA profile. Among the appetizers served was: "Tempura flowers, leaves, and garden fruits with crusco pepper mayonnaise." During the meal, after eating a few pieces of the tempura dish, I discovered, fortunately upon cutting, mushrooms. I asked the waiter to replace the plate and cutlery, as I had already indicated when I made the reservation. I asked for clarification regarding the possibility of cross-contamination, which obviously cannot be ruled out. Having taken the appropriate precautions to safeguard my health, I proceeded with the meal, so as not to ruin the Sunday of my companion and the other guests present. I called the waiter again to replace the plate and cutlery, as they had not yet done so, despite the initial request and the presence of the carefully cut mushroom. Halfway through lunch, a member of the wait staff approached us, as he had at the other tables, and politely asked how lunch was going. I explained what had happened and confirmed my reservation, noting my allergies. He went to the kitchen to clarify the situation. He returned to the dining room and headed to the cashier where, I presume, he checked my reservation with paperwork and his phone, but no further discussion or personal clarification followed. Lunch ended, I asked to pay the bill. The staff in charge of payment told me the total due (€50 per person as per the set menu) and asked me how lunch had gone, despite the unpleasant incident. I shrugged, paid the due amount, and left without further comment. I deliberately didn't add anything else in this review other than the location and the quality of the food... because I believe that customer service is the first rule of hospitality, and without it, everything else is meaningless. I'll just add that it's customary, in the event of a "misunderstanding" related to a poor service not attributable to the customer (and in this case, I'd say a very serious one, which, as is well known, can also lead to legal consequences), to offer the customer a discount without their request. Above all, I believe the owner should personally take responsibility for the situation, personally apologizing for the "inconvenience," considering that the owner himself, with his family, dined at the table next to ours, and from the movements observed, he undoubtedly contacted his employees about the incident. I'm the foremost promoter and supporter of activities led by young people, like yourself, Mr. Luca Pontrelli, but in this case I'm deeply disappointed. It's a shame, because we went there to explore the possibility of celebrating our little girl's first communion there. I'll leave it to the reader to imagine what the final decision was.

Proposta gastronomica con vasto assortimento di antipasti, pizze, primi, secondi ed eccellente carta di carni e carpacci. Buona carta vini. Ottima la qualità, servizio pronto e cortese. Prezzi giusti e soprattutto in linea con la qualità che è assolutamente TOP. Lo consigliamo ! Alla prossima

02/07/2025: Locale carino, personale di sala e proprietari molto gentili ed accoglienti. Abbiamo iniziato la cena con degli ottimi arrosticini di falda, mentre gli arrosticini di picanha sono risultati più duretti. Buone le pizze con varie farciture, ed ottimo il ciccio. Il ristorante offre la possibilità di assaggiare vari tipi di carni, buone. Ottimo anche il carpaccio misto di carni. Questo locale è un'ottima soluzione per chi vuole mangiare pizza o carne. Complimenti ai proprietari ed alla signorina Martina che ci ha veramente trattato come dei familiari. Prezzi ottimi, materie prime anche.

01/11/2025: This establishment offers a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. Santina welcomed us with a warm smile and infectious good humor. She offered us an assortment of local specialties, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We finished with a delicious iced coffee with almond milk. The service was very friendly and prompt. The price was very reasonable for the excellent quality of the food.
