Even the desserts, made by them, proved to be fresh and tasty, different from all the frozen desserts offered by the surrounding places. Una menzione speciale va al risotto: una vera sorpresa per il palato, capace di lasciare a bocca aperta anche i più esigenti. Il servizio è stato impeccabile e rappresenta senza dubbio uno dei punti di forza del locale. Vincenzo ci ha accompagnati con professionalità e passione nella scelta dei piatti e, soprattutto, nella degustazione dei vini, valorizzando ogni portata con abbinamenti perfetti. Un ristorante che si distingue e che considereremo un punto di riferimento ogni volta che torneremo a Cerignola. Consigliatissimo.

16/05/2025: Beautiful castle, at the entrance together with the ticket they give a guide to the visit done really well, with the explanation of the various rooms and a detailed description of the beautiful facade, one of a kind. You can also visit independently because along the route there are signs that provide explanations, and in any case the staff and guides are very available to provide further information. Furthermore inside the castle there are currently two exhibitions that are worth visiting: the photographic exhibition by Giuseppe Palumbo with the video interview with the photographer's daughter, who tells in a sweet and moving, but also fun way, the life of her father and his mission as a reporter. The other exhibition is about tarantulism, I don't know how to describe it, they are photographic and video reports with rare, if not unique, images of women bitten by the tarantula, the tarantolate precisely, of their manifestations and the rites to free them. Unmissable! At least for those like me who are looking for authentic testimonies of our lost traditions. Furthermore on the terrace of the castle there is a bar/restaurant with a wonderful view; unfortunately it was closed when I visited because it opens in the evening. If possible I will return at a different time to have an aperitif at sunset. I had the impression that the Castello volante association is doing an excellent job in keeping this splendid castle alive and accessible thanks to the numerous cultural initiatives hosted.

11/05/2025: We're spending a month in Lecce and of the many restaurants we've tried, we've experienced the best service here. Everyone is very friendly and from the moment you walk through the door after ringing the bell it's like arriving for a family dinner. The carbonara and tiramisu brought me back to Rome in less than 1 minute, every course was delicious!

10/05/2025: I can't understand those who put a phone number and it's always unreachable (better to write that you don't accept telephone reservations). This doesn't seem like good management for a restaurateur to me!
