At Fè, you immediately sense the passion that chef Francesco Laera pours into his dishes as he personally presents them to you—so much passion, but without presumption. An absolute perfectionist, he tolerates nothing less than excellence, and that's exactly what you'll find when you sit down at his restaurant.
The atmosphere is refined, minimalist, yet warm, and as with the menu, there's a perfect balance between the past represented by the Trulli and the modern and elegant interior, all complemented by Eufenia's warm welcome.
01/09/2025: A journey to discover flavors, territory, and emotions. A unique location, a very empathetic chef, and bespoke service—absolutely recommended. Everything was truly interesting, with some truly wow moments. Treat yourself, it's worth it.

I noticed some previous one-star reviews from a single table, but I had the same dishes and they were outstanding. Truly unfair criticism in my view.
