02/11/2025: A perfect restaurant on the main street. Very family-friendly and absolutely top-notch in every aspect. Everything was more than perfect! The service was super friendly and incredibly competent. Unfortunately, you don't find anything like this in Switzerland. And the prices are such that you'll want to come back again and again. Even the chef and the pizzaiolo gave us a quick wave! It's an 11 out of 10!!! Grazie mille!!!

10/08/2025: For a couple of years now, it's been our go-to lunch spot whenever we pass through Domodossola. Always good food, friendly and knowledgeable staff, a pleasure to chat with, and always happy to offer tips on shops or places to visit. A top rating!

04/04/2026: We were very disappointed with our visit. Unfortunately, we had to wait 1.5 hours for our food, which is simply far too long for a restaurant. When we arrived, the table was already dirty, and the cutlery was also dirty, which immediately made a very bad first impression. The food itself unfortunately didn't improve the situation: The pizza was burnt black, the pasta was cold, and on top of that, the food didn't arrive at the same time for everyone at the table. Some of us even had to wait another 30 minutes or so before our food finally arrived. Overall, the service and organization were very disappointing. We wouldn't wish such a visit on anyone.

04/04/2026: The many positive online reviews piqued our interest. Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by the lovely, cozy atmosphere and the exceptionally friendly service. After placing our order, we were looking forward to a delicious meal, but were unfortunately disappointed. The meat was of good quality and nicely seared, but it was served lukewarm and, in our opinion, far too rare inside. Furthermore, we weren't asked how we wanted it cooked when we ordered. For the price, we expected a more professional approach.

02/02/2026: I'm sorry, but I wasn't happy. The paper delivered didn't match the one on the website at all. Customers should be warned about this. Also, the quality was poor.

28/03/2026: Good pizza, friendly service, fair prices. They also do takeout, and in my case, it's always arrived on time.

15/03/2025: A lovely evening with Wally Gators and Juda's Kiss. ​​Before the concert, a delicious pizza and draft beer. The venue has a beautiful stage, designed for live music. Excellent acoustics, and a skilled sound engineer. A casual spot for a lovely evening with friends and good, strictly live music. Very easy to get to, with plenty of parking.

14/02/2025: We went for dinner on a Friday night to see the band MalaMente. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and professional. I had the ganassino with mashed potatoes, which was delicious. The pizza was also good and easy to digest. Great music and fun. Recommended.

22/06/2025: It's a really nice Italian restaurant in the middle of Stresa. We tried two different pizzas, and they were out of this world. Straight up, 10/10.

23/03/2026: We arrived at 8:00 PM with a reserved table. We started dinner at 9:30 PM without anyone bothering to apologize for the delay. They immediately brought only the octopus with potatoes, which was very hard and left over. The rest of the pizzas arrived over an hour later. There was also a child at the table, who fortunately waited patiently despite our having asked, at least for him. I politely asked if they could cut his pizza into slices with a pizza cutter, and they hastily replied that it was Saturday night and they didn't have time. If I wanted, they could bring the cutter to my table (exactly). Three different people were served. The tiramisu had too much egg and was yellow, a positive note for the good pizzas and the charming, welcoming atmosphere. The service was a shame!

14/02/2026: A very authentic pizzeria, very friendly and fast service, delicious gluten-free pizza, and even various gluten-free desserts like tiramisu... A dream for people with celiac disease! Thank you so much! ❤️

19/11/2025: Ottimo bar, pulito e confortevole. Lo visito la parecchi anni e la qualità è sempre stata costante. Buona sia la caffetteria che i cocktail. L'unica cosa che mi fa storcere il naso è che non effettuano ordinazioni al tavolo ma devi entrare a fare l'ordinazione. I prezzi ultimamente sono aumentati rispetto agli anni scorsi.

14/10/2025: I've been to the Grotto St. Anna a few times over the past few years, but each time I felt less hospitable and less welcomed as a guest. The sign on the gate in German stating that only drinks are served with food isn't exactly a welcome – it could certainly be addressed differently. And today, the absolute low point. As always, we walked to the grotto and unfortunately found ourselves in front of a locked gate. Even though Google and the website said it should be open from 12 p.m., we waited in vain for 40 minutes in front of the locked door before heading back. No "closed" sign, no voicemail, no information... and we weren't the only ones; they probably didn't need it.

14/10/2025: Avoid this restaurant at all costs! Totally unprofessional! We found ourselves standing in front of closed doors this afternoon, even though Google said the restaurant was open. There's no indication on the website that the restaurant is closed today. Can't be reached by phone either!

20/11/2025: This restaurant is soon closing. its ok for pizzeria but the chairs are uncomfortable and most times very loud

21/03/2026: My partner and I had lunch here during a trip to the Borromean Islands. We had a wonderful time! The restaurant is slightly further inland from the lakeside, but you can still see it from the terrace windows. We shared an appetizer (mixed fried lake fish), which was plentiful, light, and excellent! We then each ordered the daily fixed-price menu, also featuring fish, and were very satisfied. The waitress was also very kind and helpful. The price was reasonable, and cover charge included!

21/03/2026: Very nice restaurant, especially the upstairs dining room and the balconies. Quick and very friendly service, excellent food (both fish and pizza, meat, and desserts)...we highly recommend it!

08/03/2026: The fish is really good and very fresh. This is our third time here, and the raw appetizers deserve a special mention! Superb! The cooked fish main course and the fried fish are also delicious!

28/12/2025: Welcoming place and super friendly staff. We chose the raw fish menu, which was very good and the portions were generous!! Excellent value for money!!! We'll be back on the 31st 😊👍
