26/08/2025: The fish was poor quality, the mixed fried fish was average, and the mussels were COLD and not opened properly. The waiters were too distracted and didn't pay much attention to the tables... and the prices were too high. I would have preferred smaller portions but better quality.

01/08/2025: Practically on the beach, modern and clean. Friendly, organized service. Generous and well-presented dishes. The price is well-balanced for the food and the ambiance. Highly recommended!

26/05/2026: We weren't even acknowledged when we asked for a table. Only after directly addressing them did we receive a very rude "no." The couple directly behind us, who then asked for a table in Italian, got one immediately. When I told him in Italian that he was a "pig" for treating people like that, he tried to explain himself. It's not about the food, but a manager who is so xenophobic shouldn't be running this restaurant.

25/05/2026: Excellent pizzas. Great location. However, our aperitifs arrived at the same time as the pizzas... a shame when you want to relax on the terrace.

It was so good that my wife didn't even ask for a second one. Congratulations to everyone at the La Casa del Doce pastry shop. They were punctual with the delivery, very kind. Thank you. 15/12/2025: EXTRAORDINARY PRICES!!! A cup of herbal tea is €3.90. That includes water and a tea bag. Pure madness. I was devastated and will never go back.

26/01/2026: Probably some time ago, the restaurant offered typical Piedmontese dishes and lake fish dishes. Nothing that's currently listed on the Google menu is actually on the restaurant's menu. There are four lake cuisine dishes: two appetizers and two first courses. That's it. The rest is all Neapolitan cuisine, or at least unrelated to the area. I tried two dishes from the lake menu. The mixed antipasto tastes good, but it's all drowned in oil. The salmon agnolotti are decent, but there are seven of them. Moral of the story: nothing spectacular, the portions are small. Prices are moderately high.

09/11/2025: Perfect for an aperitivo. They open at 6 a.m. and also serve breakfast. It's a good place for a quick breakfast before work.

03/05/2026: There's nothing worse than witnessing an employer scolding one of their employees in front of a crowded dining room. The atmosphere becomes tense and the staff overworked. With the number of seats covering the entire establishment, one person at each table and only one pizza chef, it's a disgrace.

06/04/2026: The service was friendly and pleasant, no complaints there. However, the food was a definite letdown. The pizza was topped with canned vegetables. I've definitely had much better. The spaghetti Bolognese was piping hot and tasted like it had been microwaved. We weren't impressed with the flavor at all. The prices are okay, and the wait time was reasonable. The food didn't all arrive at once, but that wasn't a deal-breaker for me. It was quite amusing when a waiter, presumably the owner, turned on the TV. It wasn't sports, but a quiz show, and it was quite loud, which bothered some of the other guests. After about ten minutes, another waitress turned the TV off and reprimanded him. Perhaps we were just unlucky, as there are also some good reviews. Overall, it wasn't a good experience for us. The price was okay, but the quality wasn't. We won't be back.

27/04/2026: This is a historic place, always a regular visitor since I was a kid, when good old Moro was there. Unfortunately, after several years, I have to say things have gotten a bit out of hand. Prices, I'd say, need to be reconsidered, just like the service—this isn't Cortina.

27/12/2025: We came in December 2025. It's a charming place, especially on the first floor where the sun shone through the window while it was freezing outside. The service was excellent, and the pizzas were fantastic. Each pizza costs on average between €7 and €15, depending on the pizza.

21/12/2025: Poor pizza, one of the worst I've ever eaten. The service was awful, meaning they didn't even put the pizza on the plate; they handed it to you, so you had to put it on yourself. Also, when I got to pay at the cash register, there were more than 10 of us, and they didn't want to charge us separately. Instead, they wanted us to pay the total divided by the number of us, which doesn't seem fair to me, and they insisted on doing so, ultimately forcing us to do so. Better, the skipper.

09/03/2026: Terrible experience with Hotel Dufour. Today I tried to contact the hotel seven times in the afternoon, from 1:16 PM to 5:24 PM, with no response. Not only did no one answer my calls, but I didn't even receive a callback or even a simple message saying I'd be contacted as soon as possible. I fully understand that there can be busy times, but completely ignoring a guest for over four hours is behavior I find truly unprofessional. Even a brief message or callback would have been enough to demonstrate care and respect. This type of customer service unfortunately gives a very negative impression of the hotel's management. If this is how potential guests are treated even before booking, I can't imagine how the service is during their stay. A decidedly disappointing experience.

06/10/2025: Good hotel right on the square, friendly and helpful staff, they recommended what to see and where to eat, good breakfast.

09/06/2026: A quick pizza 🍕 for on the go, without the tourist crowds. Sit down, enjoy your meal, and continue your leisurely stroll. You could call it a pizza gas station. Super friendly staff. Delicious pizza. Simple atmosphere, but clean and tidy. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

08/03/2026: I booked ahead because I knew I'd be there that day, and the lady was kind enough. Then, the same day, due to my delay on my return journey, I called the restaurant again to ask if I could wait an hour longer than I had booked. They also promptly said no problem. Kudos to you for your patience. We sat down, ordered, and what can I say? The dishes were plentiful and the prices were excellent. The polenta was exceptional, so much so that I complimented the owner. "The polenta tasted like polenta." You could tell it was made over a wood fire! The desserts were also very good. I'll definitely be back.

14/02/2026: The atmosphere and staff in the dining room were welcoming, but we had some dissatisfaction with the food: the soup of the day, the cheese board with bread, and the veal stew were all very good, but the polenta was lousy and the buckwheat cake with blueberry jam was awful. What was unacceptable was that when I asked how it went, I complained about the cake, and the owner explained that it was for celiacs and lactose intolerants! Aside from the fact that it wasn't written on the menu, but you can't think of making a cake for lactose intolerant people and celiacs by simply not using wheat, milk, and butter. I don't think the lady didn't know that there are lactose-free butter and milk for lactose intolerance, and gluten-free products for celiacs. So I felt like she was being mocked, especially because, to cut it short, she said, "Everyone eats it." If the lady can't accept criticism from a customer, it's better if she doesn't ask the customer how it went.
