16/10/2025: We were able to enjoy the view of the lake during our stay. The pizza we ordered wasn't as tasty as we'd hoped... canned mushrooms (!) and the dough? So-so. Service: There was service, but it was somewhat lackluster and disinterested. A feast for the eyes is also part of the experience. I wouldn't go there again.

16/10/2025: The location right on the lake is impressive. The pizza taste was less impressive. Mediocre at best. While well-topped, it was extremely bland, which is a shame. And Jan is right, canned mushrooms are a no-go.

16/11/2025: The mixed fried fish was very lightly salted, more salty than the seafood, greasy, and poorly stocked. I'm still digesting the pizza...

30/10/2025: The place and service aren't bad for a simple business lunch. We were really disappointed with the price; without being informed in advance that pizza wasn't part of the set menu, we paid €22 per person for a pizza, half a liter of wine, and a coffee. In my opinion, this is truly excessive.

10/11/2025: A recommended stop for the foliage train, located in the center of the beautiful Santa Maria Maggiore, it's an unpretentious place, with a selection of top-quality cured meats and cheeses!

07/11/2025: Excellent bar in the city center. Informal but with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Spritz accompanied by a generous plate. We didn't add an excellent cheese and cold cuts platter. Quick and helpful staff. Very fair prices.

13/09/2025: I had lunch with friends today in this beautiful pizzeria restaurant. From the starters to the desserts, everything was really good. Everyone was really welcoming, plus it was wrapped in a postcard-like setting.

04/09/2025: Very nice location with a lake view. Tables are a bit cramped for four people. Friendly and fast staff. Extensive menu and good food. Prices are a bit high. There's also a children's menu.

22/06/2025: It's a really nice Italian restaurant in the middle of Stresa. We tried two different pizzas, and they were out of this world. Straight up, 10/10.

21/09/2025: Everything was delicious and freshly made, the service was very friendly and attentive.

28/08/2025: Ordered the set menu which started amazingly well with a generous portion of cut meats/sausage, followed by a great pasta dish with deer ragu. The secondi was unfortunately a very hard and chewy piece of roast, and as I have heard a microwave beep before it was served, I guess it was not fresh. The dessert mentioned in the set menu was supposed to be 'based on seasonal availability', but the super very friendly staff, who was patient with us non-italian speakers, gave us a handful of options to choose from. We had Tiramisu and profiteroles, and had bad surprise when the bill stated 2x dessert on top of the set menus. The language barrier made us not discuss, but if the set menu says there's a dessert included, I'd expect it to be so. I'd recommend the restaurant but either with a la carte choices or clear communication towards the staff :-)

05/10/2025: The restaurant has been renovated and doubled in size. The staff can't cope. The wait times are exorbitant. No longer recommended.

04/10/2025: Orders haven't arrived after over 2 hours, despite repeated inquiries. It used to be great here, which is a real shame.

07/06/2025: Overall a nice place. Fixed price menu, a good variety of pizzas. A cacio e pepe that didn't satisfy me but was still edible, a sufficient vitello tonnato, a dish of cooked vegetables adequate. It didn't leave its mark...

15/11/2025: McDonald's is located in a prime spot in Domo, with the slogan "When it's paid for by the Y, it's better." It's a very busy place, easy to meet people. However, the service is slow.

01/11/2025: I ate a meat piadina which wasn't exceptional, two chicken ones which were good, water, chips and 2 Fantas for €32, which was honestly a bit expensive and the problem was that I was still hungry 😄

01/10/2025: I missed the tomatoes in the lasagna. The meat was tough and not worth the price. Maybe we should have ordered the pizza.

01/11/2025: I ordered four pizzas and a Nutella dessert from this restaurant on Glovo: they changed the delivery time four times. The pizzas finally arrived two hours after I ordered them (at 7:37 AM), and they were cold and of terrible quality. A total lack of organization, or perhaps a complete disregard for those who order food from home.

30/10/2025: No frills, real Italian cuisine. There were only locals besides us. This is the kind of place you're looking for! 😉

26/06/2025: Amazing location! And Marzia is an excellent hostess, kind, sweet and helpful. We felt welcomed and looked after, and every detail of our day was perfect ❤️

03/05/2025: It is not a simple location, but an enchanting paradise with a suggestive view of Lake Orta. It was the location of our wedding reception, which, due to its beauty, was able to amaze us and the guests. Marzia, the owner, is very kind and helpful. We highly recommend
