10/07/2024: During a recent walk around the city, I noticed the Caffè Sempione restaurant. While I was enjoying the ride, a man, presumably the owner, stopped me with a decidedly arrogant attitude. He wore a jacket and tie and invited me to have dinner at his restaurant, adding that if I did, I wouldn't need medicine the next day. This statement, devoid of professionalism, immediately left me perplexed. I responded with a forced smile and continued on my way, certain that I hadn't missed anything significant. However, my curiosity led me to read the online reviews of Caffè Sempione, where I discovered that the owner has no problem calling a customer a "beggar". Behavior that confirmed my first negative impressions. It is unacceptable for a public establishment to behave in this way. Managing a restaurant is not limited to the quality of the food, but also requires respect and courtesy towards customers. Serving the public is a privilege that must be accompanied by humility and gratitude.

10/06/2024: Unser Interesse wurde sowohl durch den schönen Garten als auch die ausliegende Speisekarte geweckt. Der Garten , die Qualität der Speisen und auch der Service erfüllte unsere Erwartungen. Leider tat es die Quantität nicht. Der vom Service fast nebenbei angebotene Grappa des Hauses - durch die Wirtin dann als Spezialität beworben- erwies sich als ein quantitativ minimalistisches Schnäpschen von gutem, aber nicht ungewöhnlichem Geschmack mit jedoch sehr ungewöhnlichem Preis von 10€ . Die Rechnung überraschte sehr!!! Trotz des schönen Ambientes und geschmacklich guter Speisen werde ich das Restaurant vermutlich nicht nochmals aufsuchen: ich erwarte grundsätzlich, dass ich mich nach Vorspeise und Hauptgang gesättigt fühle und auch einen Hinweis auf besondere Preisgestaltung der Spezialitäten des Hauses erhalte. Das erspart das etwas unangenehme Gefühl der Übervorteilung

08/06/2024: Prachtig gelegen hotel-restaurant. Eerste dag een glas wijn gedronken aan het water. Prima. Later gekozen om er te dineren. Dat viel tegen. Brood zonder olijfolie op tafel gezet. Geen zout en peper op de tafel. Geen wijn/ water voor ons bijgeschonken. De hoofdkelner gaf opdrachten aan een collega, terwijl hij met ons bezig was. De catch of the day was niet vers en een zeer kleine portie. De fazant filet was lekker, maar ook weinig. Het eten werd op koude borden geserveerd. Er is niet gevraagd of we het lekker vonden. Flinke rekening voor een teleurstellende ervaring.

21/06/2024: Rooms more than simple, but clean. For breakfast there were pieces of bread - probably left over from dinner? Dinner as half board was somewhat ok, but the a la carte dishes looked very good. Location about 50 meters from the highway - easy to see and hear! If you're looking for peace and ambience, you've come to the wrong place! However, friendly service outside.

26/08/2024: A GOOD DINNER RUINED BY THE RUDE BEHAVIOR OF THE ROOM MANAGER There are two of us: we order a pizza, a mixed fried dish and a 200g Fassona burger. Unfortunately we are told that the latter is finished, but that it is possible to add the double beef burger of 100g each; so we opt for the latter. Despite a 30 minute wait, the mixed fried food arrives, good, an excellent pizza but the hamburger leaves something to be desired. I am told by the waitress, given the long wait we had, that in the kitchen they found a 200g fassona hamburger for me. Weren't they finished? Quite strange!!! You can see that it's a normal 100g hamburger, quite poor quality too! I politely ask what type of meat it was and I am told that it is a 100g hamburger and not 200g since they were finished and also given the very low thickness of the meat. When I explain to her what the other colleague had told me, she apologizes and tells me that a discount will then follow at the checkout. After about 2 minutes he comes back and tells me that the kitchen told him that it is the 200g one, but that a discount will still follow. If it was the 200g Fassona one why would they have given me a discount? When we got to the checkout I said that there was no need for any discount since for them he was that meat guy. The room manager, not even looking at me in the face, still gives me 2 euros and I leave. It all seemed to end there, until after a while I look at the receipt and see two more place settings that cost one euro each, exactly the discount he applied to us. We go back and point it out to him with total kindness, but here the problem begins: He immediately looks at me angrily as if he already knew why, he doesn't trust me and immediately asks me to show him the receipt. His response was: “ah, sorry, I was wrong, I understand, but we are also tired. “ A restaurateur in that case would immediately take the two euros and give them to the customer. Instead the opposite happens, with total arrogance he continues telling me: “you already came to be a phenomenon for the meat and now you want the 2 euros back? I've already given you a discount, go away, it's better." When I get nervous and we start arguing. In short, it was our fault and we shouldn't have even gone there for the two euros. In the end? THE TWO EUROS NEVER RECEIVED BACK. It's certainly not the two euros that make the difference, but the rudeness and arrogance of this manager does. AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE WE WILL DEFINITELY NEVER GO BACK AGAIN

21/08/2024: Superlative pizzas, soft, delicious, rustic style fries with skin, top, with generous portions. The sandwiches look interesting too. Very fast service (it must be said that the place was 2/3 free), friendly and clean environment, the staff is efficient and the prices are very honest. Congrats across the board.

16/08/2024: Good evening, I've already been going to MC DRIVE 3 times in a row and they always forget something, which then I say they have to read on the monitor what they have to put in the bag how can they forget because that's what they tell me, tonight in addition to the fact that they forgot the large chips from give me and when I come back to tell him he gives me the box of large chips but with half chips, BBQ meat better not to express myself, Chickenburger hamburger is toast they seemed to be thrown against the wall, a lot of people complain but nothing ever happens, next time I will mess because it's impossible to work like that.

17/07/2024: Siamo stati a pranzo settimana scorsa in questo agriturismo favoloso. Tutto buonissimo, dai formaggi e salumi di loro produzione alla polenta con qualunque cosa! Avrei voluto mangiare tutto, scegliere non è stato facile. :) Torneremo sicuramente

16/08/2024: Today at noon I was disappointed by the behavior and listlessness of the service. After asking if it was possible to order, explicit words were shouted at me in front of other tables: I don't let someone tell me when I have to take an order, I got up and left, I recommend a refresher on good manners towards a customer, I will no longer send my customers, much less return, the area is full of restaurants that are committed to giving value to customer service not just to profit, if you don't like the job, change category!

12/08/2024: Very good service. One of the few places I know when you can get a take away ice cream and then site down inside without a problem. Plus huge portion of icecream.

19/06/2024: Produit frais et sain . Rapide et efficace La cuisine Matrise parfaitement les cuissons des légumes et du poisson. Mix de passion cuit à point avec quatre poissons différents. Idem pour le filet de bar. Décoration simple sans fioriture

03/09/2024: We have been customers of this place for years, because we liked the pizza. A few evenings ago, returning from a trip, we called to pick up three pizzas to take home. On the phone they told us to order them directly once we got there and that they would make them right away. We show up at the time we said we would come and they treat us badly saying that the place is full, ergo they don't have time and for three takeaway pizzas we would have had to wait at least an hour. Obviously we won't be returning.

30/08/2024: Very expensive, unfortunately the starter didn't taste like anything. Homemade ravioli are recommended. Unfortunately fish and meat are not good. Ordered medium and received almost raw.
