The oat and soy cappuccino was very good for €2. They also have a vegan croissant option. They also offer gluten-free items. The shop is very pretty and the location is excellent. Perhaps they could introduce a few more vegan products, and then the shop would be perfect.

We were there two years ago, and back again in 2026, it's still just as good! The food is excellent, as are the pastries. The Caesar salad is made with unbreaded chicken, real bacon, and the salad isn't drowned in dressing (which is otherwise very good). The music was playing in the Sinatra era. It's worth noting that the restaurant is fully accessible to people with disabilities (including the restrooms).

Nice bar and pastry shop, everything was pretty good!!! The waiters were friendly and helpful... a little less so this evening, especially the gentleman at the cash register who seemed like he didn't want to work... maybe working in a public place isn't for everyone!!! The cleanliness was poor... the bathroom was a disaster... I hope they're at least clean in the kitchen.

The quality of pastries was all right, yet I did not feel welcomed (been there twice), not even a basic thank you, nor good buy, they aspire to be classy, but they miss a polite customer service bit

Unfortunately everything they write is not true, we went to Stresa for 2 days for a birthday, my daughter had a cake made, it was scandalous, paid 60 euros, it seemed homemade, dry sponge cake, non-existent cream, a real disgrace, we made a fool of ourselves in front of our guests, never again

We stopped today after a walk on the lake, beautiful place in Stresa, very welcoming, kind and friendly staff, spectacular mini sacher, the dessert counter very inviting thanks next time 🤗

13/08/2026: Luigi is a great sage, the only high-quality wine shop left in the area. Great selection, attractive prices, and great conversations with him or Marilu.
17/05/2026: A lovely wine bar on the Arona lakeside where you can also grab a snack... first courses start at €18, generous portions but overpriced. Friendly service

09/08/2026: A fabulous family run restaurant which was the highlight of our holiday! Tucked away from all the tourist restaurants on the front, Scurone offers a unique experience not to be missed. The surroundings are unique, in a restored house over a number of different levels, decorated in an eclectic fashion which helps create a fabulous atmosphere. Run by a husband, wife and son, the service is professional, attentive and very welcoming. We dined here on two separate nights and each course was executed to perfection. One of our favourite restaurants experiences, not just in Cannobio but worldwide and we highly recommend a visit! Thanks Again
07/08/2026: This is a relatively small, family-run restaurant, away from the hustle and bustle of the promenade. We had a lovely dinner in a unique atmosphere. The menu isn’t particularly extensive, but the flavours on your plate are pure and authentic, using local produce. We didn’t eat anywhere near as well as this during the whole holiday. Looking around, I could see that locals love coming here too. The owners are lovely people who are happy to have a chat with you. We’d love to come back again!
