07/06/2026: We popped in by chance for a quick snack and found a wide selection of excellent quality sandwiches and platters at very reasonable prices. We ordered a main course and a delicious beef and horsemeat sandwich twice.

06/04/2026: Easter lunch wasn't a very pleasant one. When we booked, we were told they'd offer an à la carte menu. Once we arrived, we were treated to a set menu without even a price listed on the menu. The appetizers were decent, the first courses were flavorless and undercooked rice, the pasta was overcooked and the ragù was loose, the roast veal was a 30-gram portion with a blended carrot sauce, and the goat was good. Dessert was mediocre. All for €45. An experience not to be repeated.

01/04/2026: If you go to the Premia spa, you have to go to Giglio Azzurro to eat. Everything is spectacular, generous portions, location, cleanliness, friendliness, you eat well at reasonable prices... I've been to many places to eat, but this is truly one of the best... very good...

31/05/2026: We tried this restaurant by chance the first time, but we loved it so much we returned a second time. The staff were very friendly, the atmosphere was charming, and the menu was varied. We tried both the pizza for dinner and the pasta dishes the next day for lunch, and everything was delicious. Highly recommended.

02/05/2026: I honestly think the restaurant has all the makings of one of the most charming and professional establishments on Isola Superiore, as well as in the entire Borromean Islands area. However, while the staff is prompt, extremely professional, and quick in serving guests, I believe that when the place is crowded, it feels the inevitable emotional pressure caused by the accumulation of requests for food and drink. Unfortunately, during my stay with my partner on May 2, 2026, I didn't have the opportunity to dine at "La Rondine" due to a misunderstanding that could easily be resolved. Nevertheless, I can say that, as a former professional (with many years of experience) in the restaurant service industry, I really empathized with the waiters, especially the affable and lively young man with sunglasses and a long beard. Although I offered to come back in about 40 minutes to try and find a table, he abruptly interrupted our conversation and (rightly) went back to serving customers. Although I intended to return, as I promised, I faced my partner's disapproval over the incident and immediately agreed to return to Stresa. That said, I hope this review can be a positive starting point for improving an already excellent table service. I recommend investing in mindfulness and emotional intelligence courses for staff, so they can experience customer service in a pleasant and rewarding way.

23/04/2026: Spectacular restaurant location overlooking the water on the beautiful island of Pescatori / Stresa and the food quality and variety excellent! Enjoyed the veal and grilled vegetables with vino blanca, iced in a pasta can! Check out their store that has family-owned FABULOUS olive oils, balsamic, spices and more. Sarah speaks awesome English and her knowledge and attitude matches. I actually made a video as I was so impressed ❤️🇮🇹

02/06/2026: A well-run club, with a quiet and informal atmosphere, just as a club should be. Outside, there's a terrace with a few tables, all well shaded. The dishes are well-cooked, simple, and tasty. The girls serving tables are very friendly, and the prices are reasonable—more than fair, let's say. Highly recommended.

24/05/2026: It's a small town club, not a Michelin-starred restaurant. Just a paper placemat and off you go, but I found the food to be really good, made with top-quality ingredients. If you like frills, this isn't the place for you. If you're looking for substance and quality, this is definitely the place for you. If there are more than two of you, from midday onwards, it's best to book because there's a significant influx of customers.

07/06/2026: Delicious pizza and efficient service. Special mention for the innovative siphon tiramisu: the whipped mascarpone cream makes it incredibly light while maintaining its traditional flavor. Definitely worth a try!

05/06/2026: From A to C, perfect 👌🏼. The Diavola pizza was simply fantastic! The dough was perfect – crispy on the outside and beautifully airy on the inside. The spicy salami had a wonderful aroma and just the right amount of heat, without being overpowering. The ingredients seemed fresh and high-quality. I was particularly impressed by the well-balanced combination of savory, spicy, and hearty flavors. One of the best Diavola pizzas I've ever eaten. Highly recommended.

09/05/2026: Excellent restaurant, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent pizza and excellent food, definitely worth trying. It's been 7 years and I have to make a point... The pizzas are still good, but for the price, they don't have the right toppings... I'll post a photo where you can see 5 pieces of scamorza and non-existent pancetta. €9.50... too much, not to mention the dessert, €6.50 too much.

06/04/2026: Stopped off here on the way from Turin to Saasfee for some food and stumbled across this amazing oven baked pizza place. Pizza was delicious. Nice spot to sit and watch outside too.

06/04/2026: Great place and the pizzas are very good. Quick service. Perfect for a quick break, the ladies who run it are very friendly. We even tried the Nutella pizza, it was amazing! I recommend it 100%.
