21/05/2026: Truly everything was excellent. Dishes were thoughtfully crafted and balanced, with flavors that weren't too ordinary (but perhaps that's the beauty of it). Tony undoubtedly knows how to give a dish that extra kick, turning it from just a dish to an experience. We'll be back.
