A must stop at Vigezzina when you are in Ossola
26/03/2024: I was disappointed with the Trattoria Vigezzina today. They offer a daily midday lunch menu, but today's was pretty mediocre compared to what was on offer à la carte. Usually with these restaurants, if the midday menu offering is good, then I will be happy to spend more money and visit the restaurant in the evening, when only the à la carte menu is available. But I have no incentive to do so at the Vigezzina. With the presence of the Atelier at the Hotel Eurossola and other decent restaurants in Domodossola which have decent lunchtime menu offers, I see no need to visit the Vigezzina in the future.
Service was not particularly good either. If there are so many diners and the servers are run off their feet, then Vigezzina needs to hire more serving staff. Lastly it was impossible to pay with any credit card because no payment device was functioning. How can this be in a Michelin recommended restaurant, with so many visitors?

17/04/2024: Cucina fantastica e vista che toglie il fiato, non è il solito ristorante e per la qualità ha un ottimo prezzo. Da segnalare è la tartare di chianina...veramente divina.
Inoltre è l'unico ristorante che ho trovato che esibisce il certificato di provenienza della carne e la carne chianina è realmente carne chianina certificata dal consorzio.

Menù raffinato, prodotti freschi e ben curati
Tutto perfetto, dall' accoglienza,al servizio e alla pulizia..
Sicuramente da consigliare, ma soprattutto da ritornare.

18/01/2024: Excellent pizza but the place was very cold in my opinion they had just turned on the heating you can't eat with your jacket on friendly and quick staff the price a little high

07/01/2024: 10 e lode. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Abbiamo preso l'antipasto completo, lingua spettacolare. Di secondo ossobuco e cosciotto d'agnello squisiti.
Proprietari gentilissimi e un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglieremo a gran voce. Grazie♥️
10/12/2023: Dopo un bella pedalata una bella mangiata. Pranzato con cannelloni ravioli, osso buco arrosto con contorno di verdure. Vino acqua caffè tutto molto buono. Locale sempre ben curato e personale gentile e simpatico.

05/12/2023: We walked in the restaurant about 7pm. There were about 30 tables in the restaurant with maybe 5 with people sitting. We were told that they were completely booked and we needed a reservation. We went to another restaurant in town and had a great meal. Out of curiosity, we drove back by after than meal and there were even less cars out front than when we were there an hour prior. It looked completely empty inside. They obviously do not like foreigners.
07/09/2023: Pizza molto buona, curata. L'impasto è ottimo. C'è anche cucina, ancora mai presa ma vediamo che va anche molto bene tra i commensali. Personale gentile e attento. Locale un pò old style ma ci sta in una paesino. D'estate si mangia fuori ed è molto piacevole.
