02/08/2026: Passing through three days ago on our way to the Formazza Valley, thanks to the ample parking—always appreciated when traveling in a campervan—my husband and I stopped at the "Al Parco" restaurant for a business lunch for €13. From the four starters on offer, we each chose risotto Milanese, two main courses with different sides, and a dessert off the menu. The risotto looked overcooked, and the flavor wasn't that good either, so much so that after three bites I decided to leave it alone, while my hungry husband finished his. The pork loin and chicken for the main course were passable, and the bonnet was delicious. We chatted with the staff while I drank coffee, paid the bill, said our goodbyes, and continued our journey. After about an hour, we began to feel nauseous, which increased as time went by and then became a full-blown nausea. We spent the rest of the day and night in a s... and w... mood. We called the restaurant the next morning to let them know what had happened and to prevent other customers from experiencing the same fate. The lady who answered said she was sorry and incredulous about what had happened. Of course, for €13, you can't expect truffles and caviar, but serving food that's been sitting around the kitchen for days in this scorching heat is a long way off. Was everything resolved? No, my husband is still having intestinal problems three days later. Our vacation ruined, we're going home!
