10/05/2025: Rooms clean and spacious, staff very friendly! The gentleman at the reception offered us to rent bicycles at no extra charge. Highly recommended! ⭐️

02/05/2025: Hotel in a splendid location, unparalleled view. Clean and well furnished rooms, comfortable and spacious bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is the quality of the restaurant, which is not up to the standard of the rest of the structure. With 35 euros each for half board you expect more than often overcooked pasta or two slices of turkey with potatoes. Sin. But for the hotel I will return.

25/05/2025: I went for a group dinner. I can say that Silvia, who runs the place, is really helpful and attentive to details to meet the needs. We were 12 and had a great time at a large oval table in the internal room. Very nice environment, attention to detail in the service. My best dish: paccheri cacio, pepe, prawns and lime! The fritto misto was also very good. The cake we agreed to celebrate the event was excellent.

25/05/2025: I chose this place to have dinner with a lake view...I would say I made a great choice! I had dinner with a simple round focaccia with oil alla caprese, delicious! Heated on the griddle like a toast, it was really excellent! When I return to those parts I will definitely go back to try the dishes and breakfast...I would add very kind and local staff and clean and well-kept services, I recommend! 😊

03/05/2025: Non una cena, ma una piacevole esperienza tra le tradizioni di famiglia e la cucina tipica locale che si mischiano con profumi attuali in un contesto decisamente moderno. A fare da cornice ci sono Angelo e il proprietario che hanno reso tutto perfetto!

15/02/2025: Avrei voluto dare molto di più a questa recensione per il cibo veramente ottimo, ma il servizio ha rovinato un po' la serata... Ristorante carino pulito e moderno, forse eviterei i fiori finti... Ravioli d'anatra sublimi carne ottima così come i dolci. Purtroppo la valutazione risente del servizio. In carta veniva proposto un filetto di manzo alla senape e un agnello ai carciofi. Adorando i carciofi ed il filetto ho chiesto se si potesse avere questo abbinamento. La risposta secca e' stata non possiamo modificare i piatti. Va bene ma non ho chiesto un fuori menù.ho semplicemente chiesto di invertire 2 condimenti. Esempio spaghetti al pomodoro o penne al ragù...potrei avere gli spaghetti al ragù? No impossibile....mah Ci ritornerò, perché il cibo merita veramente e cambierò sicuramente valutazione. Forse il cameriere aveva avuto una giornata pesante.

02/11/2024: I went to the fish hosteria for a graduation dinner. When booking (1 and a half months before) they were advised that I have celiac disease and they guaranteed that they would find a gluten-free alternative to the fried fish starter and dessert. At the time of the appetizers the waiter asked me if I was the celiac girl, when I said yes, he replied in an ironic tone "I'm sorry but you're fasting". I thought he was joking but in reality he didn't really bring me anything. Shortly afterwards the paella arrived and I was able to eat it. At dessert time the waiter brought cake for everyone, including me, I reminded him that I have celiac disease and his response was "ok, I'll try anyway". So I also skipped the dessert for which they had guaranteed a semi-fast. I've always adapted a lot and I'm used to not being able to eat what other people eat but in this case it was a joke also because the birthday girl also paid for my dinner in full. To conclude, we were brought sorbet in plastic cups like at a village festival.

03/05/2025: Tuvimos una noche muy agradable en el Cesare. Buen vino barato. Deliciosa pasta. Servicio encantador. El plato de pasta de trucha y tomate cherry puede ser lo mejor que hemos comido en este viaje. Muy asequible. Me alegro de haberlo encontrado.

13/04/2025: Wir haben im voraus reserviert und sind am Abend in diesem eher rustikalen Restaurant Essen gegangen. Das Lokal war ziemlich voll, auch viele Familien vor Ort. Der Service war freundlich und speditiv, das Essen mit reichlichen Portionen in Ordnung, wenn auch beim Mixed-Grill-Teller einzelne Fleischstücke etwas zäh waren. Excellent dafür die Panacotta. Preis-Leistung stimmte in diesem Restaurant.

30/03/2025: Siamo stati oggi a pranzo e ci siamo trovati bene. Ottima l offerta del menu a prezzo fisso con buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Locale carino e la cameriera è stata proprio cordiale. Lo consiglio

15/01/2025: Ho telefonato per prenotare per 2 persone. Chi mi ha risposto mi ha detto che sono chiusi in questo momento per ferie. E' stato, però, gentilissimo perchè mi ha indicato un paio di locali aperti nelle vicinanze. Questo dimostra professionalità ed una VERA attenzione per il cliente. Proverò ad andarci quando sarà aperto per ringraziarlo di persona e provare la loro cucina. Complimenti!

11/05/2025: Beautiful restaurant in one of the most beautiful settings on Lake Maggiore. Relaxing location surrounded by greenery. Typical dishes and not perfectly executed, in fact the kitchen produces everything from fresh pasta to desserts. The ingredients are locally sourced and carefully selected, like the honey that accompanies the cheese and greeting platters. It's definitely a 10 out of 10

02/05/2025: Ci siamo recati in questo posto il 1 maggio 2025 , abbiamo visionato il menu e in tre di noi abbiamo deciso di prendere la pizza , , mia figlia ha preso la polenta e solo lei ha mangiato qualcosa di decente , per quanto riguarda la pizza lasciamo perdere , chiamarla pizza e' proprio un insulto alla pizza , questi non sanno neanche che cos' e' una pizza se dovessi tornare a Santa Maria Maggiore non mettero' piu piede in quel locale , lo sconsiglio vivamente

20/05/2025: Valutazione molto negativa. Cibo accettabile, servizio pessimo, basso rapporto qualità/prezzo. Una cameriera (Kelly) molto gentile, ma l'altra, Elena, molto sgorbutica e poco attenta al cliente, non ci ha fatto sentire per niente a nostro agio. Sgarbata anche nel prendere le ordinazioni.... Alla fine non ci ha permesso nemmeno di dividere il conto perchè il totale diviso il numero di paganti (3) veniva con il 7 periodico... come se 0,30€ su un totale di varie centinaia di euro cambiasse qualcosa... imbarazzante.
