25/04/2026: We had several delicious meals. All were very good and beautifully presented. The service was very friendly and attentive; they even asked about any allergies.
23/04/2026: We walked there in very warm weather. The restaurant opens at noon.
Unfortunately, we didn't get any drinks because we didn't order anything.
The gorge and St. Anna are worth a visit.

05/07/2026: Very efficient booking via app.. Place on the shore of Lake Maggiore with a very nice veranda, welcoming staff.. Very good pizza, shame about the prices always rising due to the many foreign tourists.. a pizza €15 and a draft drink €5 really excessive. Anyway, recommended place, maybe I'll go back🫡👋
26/06/2026: Very friendly service. Very attentive to children, and high chairs and plastic glasses are available. Beautiful view over the lake. Tasty fusion-style food (but also just good pizzas and pasta)!

22/06/2026: We only had bruschetta as a starter, but I can't recommend it. It was absolutely packed, so the service was probably stressed, but "attentive" would be an exaggeration. It was incredibly loud, which I guess speaks both for and against the place. It wasn't worth it for us.

01/06/2026: The name is spot on, the portions are generous, and the place is beautiful. As soon as we arrived, they asked us if we wanted to eat inside or outside. We decided outside because it was a lovely, warm evening with a breeze. Within a minute, our food was ready, so it was perfect. Everything was delicious! I certainly wasn't expecting a wedding tablecloth, and Al Rustico lived up to all my expectations! Recommended if you want good food in a family atmosphere.
24/05/2026: A wonderfully authentic restaurant, very good food and wines, and warm, welcoming owners. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed a special moment.

19/05/2026: Central location, manager virtually absent or unavailable when needed, unfortunately, the agreed-upon fees were not honored at the time of payment despite being shown the emails confirming the agreements. The rooms aren't particularly large, but they're still comfortable, and the shower is small!
The meeting room in the basement has no window, accessible only by stairs, and the cleanliness of the room and surrounding area leaves much to be desired!

17/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The welcome was warm and very friendly, the room was spotless, clean, and perfectly quiet.
Having an aperitif by the pool was a truly relaxing moment in an elegant and refined setting. This establishment is a veritable haven of peace and greenery.
The breakfast was marvelous, very varied, and plentiful. A truly wonderful place to stay, and we will gladly return.

16/06/2026: A rustically furnished pizzeria in Pallanza with many antique items inside and a lovely terrace on the promenade, some with a view of the lake. The service was very friendly, the food—my pizza was fantastic—I can highly recommend it.

12/10/2025: Exceptionally good food. I always go here when I'm in Cannobio by bus. It doesn't open until 12:00, but it's usually very busy!
11/10/2025: I've known this restaurateur for about 30 years. Back then, at S. Agata and now at Ponte Ballerino.
I enjoy strolling there in the afternoon and enjoying cappuccino and cake.
I only know his hot food at lunchtime. It's delicious Italian "home cooking" in the best sense of the word... always say yes... go for it when there's still something in the pot... the price/performance ratio is right... always, so far...
