25/04/2026: We had several delicious meals. All were very good and beautifully presented. The service was very friendly and attentive; they even asked about any allergies.

23/04/2026: We walked there in very warm weather. The restaurant opens at noon. Unfortunately, we didn't get any drinks because we didn't order anything. The gorge and St. Anna are worth a visit.

17/08/2026: Bagged salad and carrots for the Ricca and sea bream were too small a portion. Avoid it!

11/08/2026: If you have two hours to spare while you wait for a bruschetta, this is the perfect place. Otherwise, move along.

08/08/2026: The aperitif was ruined by the owner who "manages" his team during service... his behavior was awful and inappropriate. Luckily, as a customer, I didn't behave the same way towards him... although I regret it now!

31/05/2026: I went there to try it. I ate well. When you walk in, it feels like you're in a cafeteria. I've only been once, but I don't think I'll be back.

09/05/2026: I went for a business lunch with some colleagues. The lunch was organized, the service was simple in the best sense of the word. The fixed menu costed €16. I was given water and wine, a rectangle of lasagna, a veal cutlet with a slice of good-quality meat, well-made, and a side of green beans and potatoes. For dessert, a piece of tart, and coffee and liqueur for those who liked. I recommend it for its simple, authentic ingredients and as an excellent alternative to all the fast food joints in the area at lunchtime! I highly recommend it!

10/08/2026: My meal was average. I didn't appreciate the owner's entirely personal and unstated rules regarding the ban on smoking outdoors. I saw some people change tables to smoke, and this is extremely disgraceful without clear and prior notice. And the owner shouldn't make up the story about children being present, because there were children in the area where he states smoking is allowed, and not a single one where we wanted to smoke. If you like smoking outdoors, don't go!

07/08/2026: Beautiful view of the lake - but: - Bread was very dry - Waiter was friendly but chewing gum - Pizza wasn't cooked very hot - the base was still doughy - Handle on the lasagna dish was broken - The spoon was completely unsuitable for children - Cutlery still had drying marks

17/02/2026: A lovely Irish pub-style venue! Characteristic jazz decor, display of vintage collections, truly one of a kind. Young clientele! Very simple, young service. The appetizers are suitable for teenage palates, with highly processed, pre-prepared products, lots of fried food, and sauces. Suitable for this type of venue. The wine selection is limited and standard, nothing special to highlight, and the beer selection is a bit more extensive. I suggest the manager train his staff thoroughly on how to pour beers, especially Guinness, which requires time and proper procedure. Customers who order it know this and agree to pay, but the quality of the draft is expected. Paid street parking is accessible, but free after 8 pm. Disabled access is very limited due to the presence of differences in level; there are no ramps for reasonable space and architectural reasons. Suitable for moderately large groups. Otherwise, the venue is clean, well-managed, and the menu includes sandwiches, focaccia, and burgers. Live entertainment is not possible due to structural limitations. This place is recommended for an adult audience. All in all, one of the best places in the area. Well done, keep it up.

11/07/2026: I often come here with my brother, who introduced me to this place and knows the owner personally. We've been happy to return ever since! The kebab is truly excellent: fresh ingredients, generous portions, and everything prepared with care. We always eat deliciously, and the prices are more than fair. The place is simple and unpretentious, but clean, welcoming, and has a family atmosphere. If you're looking for a good kebab in the area, this place is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

22/06/2026: We only had bruschetta as a starter, but I can't recommend it. It was absolutely packed, so the service was probably stressed, but "attentive" would be an exaggeration. It was incredibly loud, which I guess speaks both for and against the place. It wasn't worth it for us.

10/08/2026: We visited this restaurant during our vacation, and I have to say: it's one of the best we've eaten at in a long time. We felt comfortable as soon as we walked in. The ambiance is lovely, and the entire team was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and competent. You can tell they work with passion. There were three of us, and we ordered completely different dishes – risotto, pasta, and fish. Every single dish was superbly prepared and a true culinary highlight. A huge compliment to the chef – we couldn't have asked for better. We also particularly remember the bread from the bread basket. The first slice was still slightly warm, wonderfully fluffy, and simply delicious. The remaining slices weren't warm anymore, but they were equally tasty. It's really just a small detail at a very high level. We felt completely at ease and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Anyone in the area who appreciates excellent food, a beautiful atmosphere, and warm service should definitely stop by. We can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return on our next visit to Lake Maggiore.

14/08/2025: We decided to have a pizza party with friends and went to Vecchia Intra, a lovely place with a lovely outdoor garden. On Wednesday evenings, they do a pizza tour by reservation, which was our choice. The pizza was very good. The staff, made up of a very young team, was very good. We had a lovely evening and it's a place we recommend. 👍
