03/03/2024: When I entered the restaurant I could hear shouts coming from the kitchen as if there was a fight going on... after sitting down and ordering I waited 45 minutes for a plate of pasta which wasn't even what I wanted, but I let it pass so as not to wait any longer.... In the next room we could hear the noise of goat bells, people screaming, swearing and insults of various kinds in dialect, it was madness, on the way out a drunk guy tried to sell me a slice of local cheese. ..

13/12/2023: Excellent inn... the waitresses were immediately available and always with a smile and ready to listen to our requests... good... perhaps the service was a little long... we ate the menu proposed by the owner and I must say what a show we had started with an appetizer of delicious cured meats, the gnocchi were divine (we asked for an encore) and even the polenta with venison and sausage could only be torn apart with a fork to finish with cheese and dessert... all including water and wine... in my opinion the price was small for the quality of the food... The owner also offered us bitters The room is a little old but very welcoming mountain style heated with a pellet stove... we ate in our t-shirts... My opinion is excellent... I recommend it to those who want to eat well and lots of it...

09/12/2023: Abbiamo prenotato in questo ristorante (una settimana prima) per il giorno 8 Dicembre con degli ospiti, in occasione dei mercatini di natale di Santa Maria Maggiore. Premesso che siamo stati educati e abbiamo addirittura comunicato un ritardo di 15 minuti rispetto all’orario di prenotazione, arriviamo al ristorante dopo 3 ore di macchina e riferiamo di avere una prenotazione, la signora ci fa aspettare fuori 5 minutinper prendere il tavolo, poi riesce e ci dice che avevamo un problema(un cagnolino di 3 kg sarebbe un problema). Al chè riferiamo che nessuno ci avesse comunicato che fosse vietato l’ingresso per i cani(nemmeno di piccolissima taglia). Chiediamo un’eccezione viste le 3 ore di macchina, la neve e il pienone negli altri locali, ma soprattutto le dimensioni del cane, che ovviamente ci è stata negata. Credo non ci sia cosa piú antipatica e scortese di lasciare degli ospiti senza pranzo nonostante la prenotazione e soprattutto in un rifugio in montagna(nemmeno parlassimo di un ristorante stellato!). Esperienza veramente spiacevole e locale SCONSIGLIATISSIMO! Serve piú comunicazione e soprattutto piú cortesia!

22/09/2023: Prodotti di qualità per un pranzo originale montano da rifugio. Consiglio la polenta con il misto di carni e formaggio per guastare tutto.
