23/08/2025: It may have been a nice place once, but now it's a complete mess, both in terms of pool and restaurant. Everything's improvised, the food is truly improvised, and the prices aren't exactly cheap. The pool deck is unkempt, full of grass in the middle of the tiles, attracting all sorts of insects. It definitely needs a thorough cleaning. It's pointless to exist like this.

03/08/2025: Unfortunately, it is not a camper van parking area even though it is marked as such... It's fine for spending a Sunday lunch with a swim in the pool...

15/12/2025: I have children who sometimes want it. The atmosphere is okay, the food is okay, but the service (oh my god) is REALLY TERRIBLE!!! They hire anyone, and even a girl who wants to work "say hi" to me!! And every time I go out and have to check if everything is inside... and something is ALWAYS missing!!!! It's really absurd!!! Because it's the only one in Tortona, otherwise it would be a huge shame!!! They even serve you and look at their phones!!! Damn, ARE YOU WORKING EHHHH!!!!! The girls in there are really really terrible!

30/01/2026: We sat inside, there were four of us, ordered and took our seats. I can say that in our experience, our food arrived very quickly. Very good, clean, although we made a bit of a mess when handing out our food.

16/01/2026: We ordered at 7:00 PM, four menus, and they arrived exactly 30 minutes later. Truly scandalous, and we ate with our jackets on because the heating was off. At the Serravalle outlet, they're much quicker, especially given the crowds, and the atmosphere is much more welcoming.

16/01/2026: You enter this service station at 9:10 on the morning of January 16th, and you first pay at the monitor because the guy jokes and plays with his colleague... and he doesn't have time. After paying at the monitor... You point out that you've been waiting a while for the service you purchased, and he immediately becomes nervous about the customer... Asking me for the receipt again... But I wonder, dear managers, what training do you give your employees?

22/12/2025: Pricing is unclear, and the menu isn't available, either displayed at the entrance or on the tables. The owners list the daily specials, and despite initially asking if the fixed-price menu was available, we ended up spending more than €30 per person. The food is good, but the atmosphere and hospitality are those of an old trattoria, with prices worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant.

30/11/2025: I found la Meridiana completely by chance after a couple of days moving to the region. Good food, good prices, a little "rustic" but I might have said "authentic" if I hadn't been tired after so much driving. I will certainly be back and would recommend it to everybody.

15/12/2025: Terrible service, mediocre pizza, and a rude and overly crafty sales assistant...the selling price was €1.50...if fraud is going to happen, let it be for at least a significant amount!!! This incident has been repeated...not recommended.

08/12/2025: Ordered five pizzas at 6 PM for home delivery at 8:10 PM. They were delivered at 8:50 PM after several phone calls telling us the delivery guy was on his way (we live 10 meters from the pizzeria). Three of the pizzas arrived burnt. It's a shame because they used to be really good.

25/10/2025: Excellent pizza, very welcoming and well-kept place, friendly and helpful staff. We'll definitely be back!

14/10/2025: Unfortunately, not tonight... no meat. We wanted to order the tasting menu, but it wasn't available. The service was poor, with unpleasant comments directed at our table. An evening to forget.

22/10/2025: A disgrace. The fact that there's only one person at a peak time like 8 a.m. is already a sign of poor service... if they then waste time making doodles (figs with tape) on trays of dry pastries, it leaves me astonished. Most of the time, they don't even have the foresight not to cough on their hands and then serve people. Should we ignore a frozen walnut brioche for €2? 3, and I mean, three mini pizzas for €25/kg? I don't think I'll repeat this experience...

19/11/2025: I had an aperitivo with a friend and my daughter, two gin and tonics for us adults and a summer one for my daughter, total? €32!!! The price of the summer bar? EIGHT EUROS... this is pure madness. I asked for clarification and was told that's how the owner wants it, even if it's a summer bar... well, I sincerely hope that with prices like that they end up without customers. We will definitely never go there again and we will strongly advise our loved ones and friends not to go either.

14/12/2025: I'M GIVING 1 STAR BECAUSE I CAN'T GIVE 0 The bodyguards were really arrogant; they refused entry to a group of six guys without any justification. The rules state that you can't enter if you're under 16, if you're wearing ripped or graffitied jeans, or if you're wearing football jerseys, and you need a valid ID to enter. For the "TT LE GIRLZ" evening, the Luna Rossa page posted a story with an image showing three different entrances/lines: free entry for women, tables/lists, and regular entry. Of these six guys, two were girlfriends of two members of the group, and after queuing for regular entry, a bodyguard asked them how many there were, and one replied, "There are six of us." The bodyguard replied, "Okay, then you can go home. Have a good evening." Without any explanation, since they were perfectly compliant with their dress code and ID requirements. They tried to get in MULTIPLE TIMES, and were told they couldn't get in because "you're Moroccan." Only two of these guys were Moroccan, the others were South Americans. But even if that were the problem, why did you let other groups, like one of 15 people of Egyptian, Albanian, etc., in? And right in front of their eyes? The other girl and I then went to ask the bodyguard politely and calmly what was happening, and one of them told us we had to leave, and the other that "he didn't have to give us explanations." This is called DISCRIMINATION, with even RACIST accusations and responses in a truly arrogant tone. I thought the Luna Rossa staff would be more professional about these things, but evidently that's not the case. After this time, I don't recommend going to a place like this again. DISGUSTING
