18/10/2025: The bread selection, compared to what I see in other similar establishments in Rome and, especially, in Germany, is absolutely banal, even miserable. The pizza section is somewhat of a saving grace. The sore point also applies to the limited variety of supplì and arancini, which are also expensive! Today, October 12, 2025, I paid €2.80 for an arancini that, in early September, I had paid €2.50. Finally, the subtle rudeness of the staff deserves to be criticized. 15/10/2025: I hadn't been in several years, I came in and was amazed.... The products were always good, but the person who served me was very reserved and had to ask a colleague about my questions, but luckily at the end she gave a half-hearted laugh. The person who came to the cashier looked like he was supposed to give me the money, no greeting and annoyed.... I'll come back in about ten years... 😁😁

19/07/2025: A small family-run restaurant: they make you feel right at home. Excellent, fresh, traditional Piedmontese food, no menu. Renzo is super friendly! A truly beautiful place unlike any other!

04/07/2025: If you want to eat like a family, this is the place for you. 🍷 Genuine and well-worked raw materials. Friendly and no-frills service by Renzo makes it a suggestive experience for the customers. The wine is without too many pretensions. Reasonable prices Must try.

11/10/2025: Found during a motorcycle tour with my daughter, this excellent trattoria serves traditional Piedmontese recipes. The entrance features a bar, a first room, and a second room with several tables. Modern art on the walls and simple, modern furnishings. A lovely outdoor area under a high wooden canopy overlooks a delightful little garden with a well. The owner is friendly, and the lady in charge of the kitchen is also very nice. The appetizers are good, and the authentic Piedmontese fritto misto is excellent. First and second courses follow, but we decided to stay. Parking is available in front of the entrance.

30/07/2025: A truly refined restaurant where you can find intimacy and relaxation. We dined with two main courses and two desserts. Refined local cuisine and top-quality ingredients, all paired with a fine Timorasso. Ginevra in the dining room makes everything feel more familiar and makes you feel at home. Highly recommended

03/10/2025: The veal with tuna sauce was truly excellent!! Then I tried the agnolotti, which were also very good. The service was kind and attentive. I'd definitely visit again in the warmer months to enjoy the outdoor seating.

21/04/2025: Full marks. Here is the motto "Quality and Care" program. We're in line...always. Ovada means farinata. Typical locality, rustic in the middle of town. People come and go and certainly keep coming back. 5 stars so that everything stays as it is. As a tip: Buy rolls beforehand and put the farinata in them. Fingers stay clean and the taste is simply great.

20/06/2025: Special pizza, unique and inimitable. Same quality as always. In the place it seems that no time has passed, everything is as it has always been. Improved service. Compliments to the family!

13/10/2025: Everything was excellent...from the customer service to the Excellent food. All the fish...exquisite ravioli...topped with a very delicate sauce and a special fried fish. Excellent house dessert: classic tiramisu and also pistachio. I recommend everyone to go. Because it's truly worth it.

10/10/2025: A quick lunch in Gavi after my wife and I visited the beautiful fort this morning. Having been unable to find a table at the trattoria we'd planned, a passerby recommended this place just outside the historic center. Since the fixed-price menu (15 euros) didn't have anything that appealed to us, we had lunch à la carte, ordering gnocchi with pesto and ravioli with ragu, washed them down with a bottle of beer. Large portions, good pesto, and the ravioli weren't bad either. Service was quick and courteous. The restroom, however, was in a rather run-down condition, with a door that wouldn't close. The final bill was 31 euros, with a cover charge of 1.50, as per the attached receipt.

14/10/2025: Excellent parking, but there is one BUT: if you need a receipt for a company, you must pay only for parking and then they will give you an invoice for Parking, and if you want to eat, you eat at your own expense (parking will be free), but the restaurant is indicated on the receipt.

26/09/2025: Brazilian restaurant, excellent meat, side dishes that were a bit pricey for what we ate. The rest was average.
