02/05/2026: Four of us went for lunch, without reservations and without anyone's recommendation. It was a pleasant surprise. Everything was excellent and made with homemade ingredients. Simple but well-executed menu. Excellent service. Very pleasant location. Fair price. I'll be back.

Our first visit to this restaurant was a pleasure. We found the atmosphere to be immaculate and clean. The wait staff was welcoming and available to offer descriptions and recommendations. Good training was evident, with significant results in both the wine and food service. The menu was simple, but perfectly cooked, served in attractive plates or pans. The taste was perfect, with no digestive issues: the ingredients were definitely fresh and carefully selected. The price was reasonable, without being overpriced. Congratulations.

28/05/2026: A true trattoria. Found by chance during a motorcycle tour of the Langhe. An entrance with a bar and wine displays; two small rooms, one larger and with a fireplace. Elegant, rustic furnishings. The menu is strictly traditional Langhe. Excellent wine selection. Large and delightful outdoor seating area in front of the entrance. Courteous and professional staff. Worth a stop. I returned with my daughter. I reiterate my opinion. 🔝

The menu is a certainty that provides stability, appetizers, agnolotti (meat and lean), grilled meat.
Vittorio, a highlander, flits between the tables.
A rare place, steeped in ancient poetry.
28/04/2026: The restaurant is a blast from the past, very unique, where you dine by candlelight. The menu is simple but good, with generous portions, especially with the first courses. The second courses feature excellent grilled meat and vegetables. Vittorio, the owner, chef, and waiter/dishwasher, is simply splendid and always available. The tiramisu is excellent. Very good value for money.

07/04/2026: Went last Thursday with a friend for a game of pool and a beer. We arrived at 9:50 PM. The waitress told us, "We start closing the place at 10:30 PM," even though the closing time says 11 PM. At 10:15 PM, the same girl who was playing came over and said, "If you need to go to the bathroom, do it now, because I'll wash them and then close them." My friend, a little annoyed, pointed out that closing time is 11 PM. The girl replied, "Yes, I'm happy to do so, but it's a shame I have to be out of here at 11 PM." They even made a mistake in their calculations, luckily I noticed. There's very little to say: if you want to close, you can keep doing as you are, because the path is truly mapped out.
01/04/2026: I often dine at your chain and generally enjoy it.
But today I noticed something that's not at all customer-friendly.
"Seeing the disorganization."
I thank the only woman in the dining room, who, poor thing, RUSHED to meet the needs of her customers, even though she was alone.
All with kindness and a smile.
Please support a colleague of this caliber... especially because this level of professionalism is RARELY found.

Authentic, traditional, and flavorful cuisine, but done well.
Interesting wine list, very clean, and easy to reach from the highway.
Highly recommended.

The ingredients are incredibly fresh, including the garden vegetables and the carefully selected and perfectly cooked meats. The first courses are also delicious, topped with homemade sauces. The desserts are delicious. I've been to this trattoria before, and I've returned because everything is homemade and the prices are reasonable. For example, at lunchtime, the full fixed-price menu costs €18, including water or wine.
