A very good restaurant where we've always had excellent experiences. The Italian cuisine is refined and elegant.
Everything was excellent, from the appetizers to the dessert. The setting is typical, and the staff is professional and always welcoming.
Remember to book to get a table... The antipasti were generous and flavorful, as were the veal escalopes with lemon sauce and the venison stew with polenta. The sabayon was delicious.
If you have the chance to eat on the terrace, don't hesitate! A very pleasant and refreshing setting.

A typical trattoria with indoor and outdoor seating. Reservations are required, and the food is truly delicious! The menu features a typical Piedmontese menu, starting with a mixed appetizer, followed by a first and second course, and ending with dessert, the perfect way to round out the meal. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed. The service is excellent, with no waiting, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend it.

Passing through from a mountain hike, my partner and I stopped here at the last minute. I had a very good polenta concia, while my companion had ghenefle (local gnocchi) and venison stew with polenta. The zabaglione, which we shared, was excellent. The portions were just right for me, but not huge for those expecting Piola-style fare. The prices aren't exactly trattoria-style, but the quality is there.

The wait staff is all welcoming, but they forget things in no time...
After the entrees were delivered, they asked if we wanted parmesan, but it arrived only after we'd finished half the dish, and only because we asked again. The zucchini flowers, I'd say, were more like zucchini flowers given the season; they were good, but I didn't taste the anchovy.
Lardo, honey, and hazelnut brioche: a toasted whole wheat bread arrived, the same as the cover, not the brioche. The risotto was very good. The tagliatelle with venison was also good, but the meat had a very gamey flavor, which not everyone likes. Perhaps it should be mentioned out loud. I enjoyed the flavor.

Trattoria in the center of Oulx, slightly off the main road. Refined atmosphere and truly delicious, traditional Piedmontese dishes. Excellent veal with tuna sauce, nettle risotto, Oulx cheese gnocchi, Fassona tartare, and mixed antipasti. Highly recommended.

A RESTAURANT WITH TYPICAL CUISINE. A BEAUTIFUL LOCATION, EXCELLENT SERVICE, AND VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. THE FOOD IS VERY GOOD. I RECOMMEND TRYING THE VELVET ÉTONNE, THE DEER, AND THE TYPICAL GNOCCHI FROM THE SUSA VALLEY.

The Piedmontese cuisine is truly top-quality, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The zabaglione with ladyfingers is a must-try.
