24/03/2026: Stefano is a very good chef, and experience his kitchen is something nice to do. The wife is a perfect host and they both are very kind. We only have an issue with a table of two people keeping chatting loud on speaker phone… not really a perfect background in such a beautiful place

04/06/2026: We returned after a long time and found some very special pizzas—none of the "classic" ones, but excellent and light, thanks in part to the many different types of dough. Refined ingredients, even in the drinks, not to mention the fantastic and very special desserts: even in this part of the menu, there's nothing "classic"! Definitely worth trying again. PS: Even the sunset from the terrace was special, even though we were in Novi.

18/05/2026: We decided to have an aperitif with friends, choosing the €18.00 platter.
No complaints about the cold cuts and cheeses, which will be enhanced with three jars of jam and honey. The problem is that you can't write on the blackboard "aperitif before 7:30 PM for €15.00," when the glass of wine is separate and unspecified. Plus, you charge €8.00 per glass. You're a bit crafty! 😤

15/02/2026: Last night my sweetheart and I treated ourselves to a dinner for two at this restaurant we know. Naturally, Drof specializes in seafood delicacies, which you absolutely must try with a nice bottle of bubbly. The service and expertly presented shellfish make Drof a real gem. We'll be back soon! Worth a visit!
17/12/2025: Second time with my friend Albino and second dose of excitement! Raw ingredients of rare quality and freshness, treated with love and skill by expert and delicate hands. Five stars are not enough for this food atelier, and not least the staff: sensitive, professional, cheerful; attentive but never intrusive—in short, excellent in every way. Heartfelt thanks to all of you for this extraordinary experience, which we will certainly repeat whenever we have the chance.

17/05/2026: Our expectations were high, because the food is usually good. Unfortunately, this evening was disappointing. From the time we ordered to the time we were served, and there were three of us, an hour passed... and they didn't even serve us all at once. The pizza arrived 15 minutes before the burgers... and then the same thing happened for dessert, which took over half an hour. The wait staff was clearly disorganized. Some were walking around with dishes, not knowing exactly which tables to take them to. I'm sorry you failed this evening.

The restaurant is very small, so it's best to reserve a table or arrive early. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The dishes are prepared before your eyes with fresh ingredients. Everything is delicious and expertly cooked. The prices are affordable.

09/06/2026: Exceptional pizzeria! Excellent pizzas with quality ingredients and a light dough. The place is welcoming and the staff is truly friendly. Special mention for Wednesdays: they offer a fantastic fixed-price pizza tour (between €10 and €15) that includes farinata, a soft drink or small beer, a cover charge, and non-stop pizza until you say enough is enough. Highly recommended!

16/04/2026: I've been several times, and the sandwiches and beer are exceptional. Unfortunately, the owner, after avoiding us because we were outside and serving other tables that arrived after us first, showed up with our sandwiches. After an exhausting wait, and several times I had to get up to ask, he showed up, showing disrespect and inappropriate behavior. He tried to make up for it by offering us dinner. I HAVE TO STOP RETURNING.
