25/08/2025: The food is good and the place is very nice, but unfortunately it doesn't have air conditioning: in the heat it becomes difficult to enjoy dinner. Furthermore, the quality-price ratio is not the best.

12/08/2025: Perfect stay! There were eight of us, and we had a wonderful time from the very first moment. The rooms were spotless, all air-conditioned, tastefully furnished, and had extremely comfortable beds. The bathrooms were immaculate, with fresh, quality linens. Breakfast was a real treat: plentiful, varied, and with excellent quality products. The staff was extremely kind and always available, ready to meet our every need with a smile. The location is impeccable, perfect for easily getting around and visiting the area. No negatives: a truly worthwhile place to stay. Highly recommended!

19/07/2025: I was recommended to eat here by Ms. Marisa, the owner of the B&B I stayed at. The location was very easy to find and we were greeted by a gentleman whose name I am sorry I don't know. He spoke very good English and the dishes he recommended to us were delicious and the prices were very reasonable.

18/08/2025: My wife and I had lunch last Saturday at this restaurant, where we've been before. As on other occasions, it was a truly satisfying experience. We opted for two four-course tasting menus, requesting a change to the appetizer, accompanied by a bottle of Roero Arneis from Negro. The amuse bouche alone were worth the trip! Then, the appetizer, which we chose instead of the tomato puree included in the menu, was an excellent "Hokkaido scallop, kiwi, green apple, and avocado." This complex dish successfully balanced the various flavors, although, based on personal taste, we expected the scallop to dominate, which instead was lost. The first course was the "24-month-aged Parmigiano buttons, clams, and mint consommé": what can we say other than that this will be one of the dishes we'll remember for a long time? A dish that reveals meticulous attention to detail: exceptional veal and mint consommé. On the palate, the button accompanied by clams, and the consommé is perfect in the balance of such diverse flavors, all perfectly balanced. A dish you wish would never end, and it almost moved me. For the main course, "Amberjack, garden zucchini, and Livorno-style caciucco," featuring amberjack perfectly grilled, accompanied by a bisque that recalls the flavors of the caciucco, and various versions of zucchini from their garden. The pre-dessert was excellent: chopped strawberries marinated in three different vinegars, placed on a sort of basil cream and covered with sheep's milk ricotta topped with tomato powder, all accompanied by a very unique and delicious juice, the fruit of a long preparation. Truly delicious, as was the dessert, "Yuzu curd and exotic fruits," a truly exquisite creation. The small pastries accompanying the coffees (four ingenious reinterpretations of four desserts, including bonet, pavlova, and lollypop) were the perfect complement to a journey that allowed us to reach the end without feeling weighed down. A special mention goes to the young man who supervised us, who we can reasonably expect to have a bright future in the often-underestimated art of service. As for the cuisine, it's not our place to celebrate Chef Musso, but our thanks and best wishes for the future go to the sous chef, who gave us the opportunity to delve deeper into the conception of the dishes and who was interested in our opinions. The tasting menu costs €90, and in my unquestionable opinion, it's worth every penny once you understand the work that goes into these creations. We'll be back again and again ❤️

16/08/2025: We dined at the restaurant and the chefs took us on a journey from Piedmont to other countries of their imagination. The chefs came to present each dish to us! What simplicity, what magnificent cuisine, simple and inventive. The tomato, an amazing dish! What a joy! What a beautiful place and such attentive staff. We will definitely return to this magical place!

08/08/2025: A lovely, typical Piedmontese/fine dining restaurant in the heart of San Salvario. The restaurant is beautifully maintained and renovated, showcasing antique details, such as exposed vaulted ceilings, combined with a modern style. The food also reflects the restaurant's style, with modern preparations and a nod to the past. The waiter, a young and dynamic man, is very knowledgeable and attentive to detail, speaking three languages (in addition to Italian) to serve the many tourists attending dinner. Highly recommended.

26/08/2025: Truly excellent Neapolitan pizzeria. Excellent quality ingredients, well-leavened dough worthy of the "Neapolitan" title. The crust is beautifully high and soft, with plenty of room for toppings, and the center is thin and soft, like a sheet, yet firm, with excellent gluten development. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended for a wonderful evening.

11/08/2025: On Sunday, after visiting the vintage/brocante market, enjoy a delicious lunch with a good Italian burger and a cocktail 🍹 The staff is very friendly, and English is no problem. Reservations are recommended! Dogs are welcome.

19/07/2025: Wasted potential due to a management focused on cost-cutting. I had lunch at the Sumà restaurant in Poirino on a Saturday in July 2024, chosen for its elegant decor that promises refined cuisine and a high-quality experience. Unfortunately, the good promise crumbled when faced with reality. The most serious flaw: on a scorching day, the air conditioning was off. Eating while sweating, with the windows open and the risk of insects creeping in, completely ruined the atmosphere. Seeing the owner wandering around in shorts was a major blow to the restaurant's classy image. This cost-cutting mentality, at the customer's expense, is also reflected online. The website is far too basic, and instead of an interactive digital menu clearly indicating allergens, they only offer a simple PDF download. This detail, like the air conditioning being off, speaks volumes about the lack of attention paid to those paying the bill. These shortcomings inevitably overshadowed the dishes. I can't say I ate badly, but no dish left a lasting impression, overshadowed by the general discomfort. In conclusion, despite its potential, the experience was disappointing. Leaving Turin to encounter such sloppy service, focused on cutting corners at the expense of its customers, is a journey that, honestly, isn't worth making.

04/07/2025: During my travels along the Sempione state road, to and from Switzerland, a charming place to stop for lunch or dinner is the Osteria del Gallo Nero. The cuisine is delicious, characterized by local, zero-mile products of excellent quality. Last night I stopped for dinner. I shared a platter of cured meats and cheeses from the Ossola valley, absolutely delicious, accompanied by various types of bread, honey and a mandarin compote. To follow I had a deer tartare, seasoned just right, rich and delicate at the same time, superb! Finally, a zabaglione dessert, remarkable and not excessively caloric. The environment is very well-kept and the impeccable service is, at the same time, very friendly and attentive. An experience to do.

11/08/2025: Biella is located in Valcarozza and was designed by John Morrison. The forest surrounds the rocky stream and pond, and the natural layout is very challenging and fun.
